In 2024 it’s hard to meet good, honest and professional service. Pit Stop St. Charles has good service and great prices. My appointment was scheduled for the next day. I arrived 40 minutes early. My car was serviced as soon as I arrived. I was educated on so many things in short amount of time.

I had a last minute malfunction with my car. Cisco was great and quick at helping me to get it fixed. I got my car fixed same day and I was able to be back on the road worry free. He was fast, professional and efficient on the job I that I needed done.

As dishonest a shop as you will ever find. For oil changes DO NOT ever go here. They add additives without disclosing it to the customer that may cause your car to stall or be permanently damaged. I only found out after my car stalled immediately after the oil change and I had it towed to another mechanic who informed me of what they did. Called Pit Stop and they admitted to it and said it was standard practice and any problems with my car from it was my problem. I should've known since as I pulled out the oil completely leaked from the bottom of my car as they put the wrong oil filter in and had to replace it and redo the oil change. AVOID.

I have been taking my vehicles to Pit Stop for many years now as the shop is trust worthy and does great work. I have tried 2 other local shops to get 2nd opinions but return to Pit Stop as their pricing, communication, and customer service cannot be beat.

I have been to Pit Stop twice and both experiences were great. Cisco is great to work with and is honest and priced very fair. He is quick and does a great job. I definitely recommend getting your services here.
