Stayed one night on a business trip. Location was great. Room was clean. All staff were very friendly. I did have dinner in the bar - the food was good and the staff were very accommodating. Overall, I was very happy with this stay.
Walkability: I went for a 3 mile run in the neighborhood across the road and felt completely safe. It was a nice run. Definitely good for a walk with family.
Food and drinks: I had dinner in the bar - the food was good and the staff were very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was also nice.

We had our wedding block here over the weekend and can’t recommend this hotel enough. Rooms were clean and spacious, location was easy to get to/ UBER to and from. We worked with Sara and felt everything was coordinated professionally. The coordinator for the breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was also super friendly and accommodating.

This was a nice hotel; it has a surprisingly good gym, with dumbbells up to 75 LBS, kettlebells and a jump box.

Thank you for hosting our scrapbook retreat! Always a good weekend. The staff is wonderful! Hanson, Bernie, Esmarelda, Marcina, Paula thank you for making the Hilton our home away from home. You're the best! The food is great, the housekeeping like home even the beds are so comfortable promising a great night's sleep!Walkability: St. John Newman's Catholic church, Culver's, close byFood & drinks: Drinks are reasonable and provide easy living for a 5:00 somewhere evening

WORST - I was on a business trip - the hhonors internet was the WORST! It took for ever to connect to it and then if my laptop went to sleep, it was unable to find the network again and took me another 15 minutes to get it to work. I tried this on two Mac laptops. I finally called support and they were unable to resolve my issues. I will NEVER stay here again. Or anywhere that uses Hilton internet. I wasted too much time trying to get connected.!!!!Rooms: spacious

Good place if in the area. Not so pricey and good value.
Staff are chatty. Clean tidy place.
Bar is so poor, looks like a Uber desk with phone and paper lashed around. But its a good place to hang out as the staff are good.
I would stop again.

We had a great two night stay at this hotel recently. The staff was friendly and the property was very clean. The breakfast was very nice for the price. The location was very convenient. The pool was newly renovated and nice. We would definitely recommend it.Nearby activities: Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The lobby and dining room is under construction. There were workers and wet paint signs in the entire lobby and hallway. I think there was still complimentary breakfast severed in the mornings along with coffee, drinks and fruit. Definitely good for a short business trip to the area. The room was very comfortable and clean with a large screen tv. The bathroom had a jetted tub and bathroom toiletry. In-room refrigerator with coffee marker, ironing board and hair dryer. Indoor pool was open and across from the exercise room.Options for restaurants, shopping or movies were in walking distance of the hotel.There is no taxi service in the area for airport picks or in general. Ubers usage was not that great either. Advice, rent a car for transportation.Would recommend stay ......

Do not let the older caucasian female check you in unless you want to be yelled at, interrupted, and glared at. I’ve stayed at many hotels of all types across the globe for work and I’ve never felt such hostility and aggression from someone checking me in. I do hope the rest of the hotel lives up to the standard Hilton has previously displayed but as of right now this woman should not be dealing with guests or any aspect of customer service and has tarnished the reputation of this location. I am a RN and assistant to certain clients while traveling and I don’t care how bad it is, I’d never treat another human like that. Please provide this woman with a snickers and some counseling to curb that hostility. Not the greeting I’ve come to appreciate from Hilton. So far rest of hotel is relatively quiet and clean.
