Andy the store manager is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Commercial accounts and customers both find him rude. He told me and my commercial account buddy to screw off and he can’t help us. Not a good location.

Had a bad alternator still under warrenty, the guys really went the distance and helped me track down my reciept and then they gave me copy of the reciept made sure my new number was saved and replaced my alternator. The managers are great at what they do. I'll def shop there again. Thx again guys. HNY!

Don’t shop at this store…. The people they have working there don’t have a single clue on what they’re doing or selling….. been waiting on a special order on leaf springs for two weeks and til this day they can’t get the order right….

I went in to get my battery tested. They couldn’t offer the service as stated. I understand there is only one person there but not a single customer even came in the vicinity of the store. With the time I had to jumpstart my battery to get it to another store he could have just tested it. The Geneva location was able to do it in 2 minutes. He gave me so much attitude and should not be a manager whatsoever. Lazy as can be clearly.
