Unbelievably rude the second I walked in. Two men at the front looked me dead in the eye and ignored my question of where a certain oil was right off the bat. Then continued to be racist towards a door dash worker in the store simply just trying to get a signature. The rude NAPA worker yelled at him and said “I ain’t touching your phone” when he clearly NEEDED a signature to complete his door dash order. He then slapped his phone with his little tech pen. The door dash worker couldn’t speak english very well, to which the NAPA worker said to my face “welcome to America” I was in shock and didn’t even respond but i should’ve. I am a brown woman and that was so disrespectful and disgusting of him to say to me, a customer in his store. Don’t go here. I don’t know the workers name but he was a bigger white guy. I would like to contact the company to complete an actual report.

Beyond rude to women. Acts like women don't know car parts. Will take my business elsewhere.

I was having a hard time with my order placement and Steve was so patient with the situation and even called another location when I placed my order to another location. Great experience!!

The guy i met was not helpful. I understand the fact they are not privately owned and parts bought from another store couldn’t get returned. The issue was the guy told me zero items came up in his search tool for a 2018 audi sq5. I even said it’s on your website and showed it but he claimed that they don’t have parts. The kind of care and customer service like that just makes you not want to go to this place. I already had a bad experience with a previous purchase unrelated with brakes for another car. This is why people go online and refuse bad service in stores. Try to be more helpful and change they way you try to help people on a daily basis.

Don’t go here if you’re a woman. The guy was very crabby and seemed bothered by my coming in. And “couldn’t” put on my windshield wipers because he said he was alone in the store, even though a Napa car was pulling in as we spoke. The O’Reilly Auto Parts manager put them on even though he was at the store alone and could not have been more welcoming and kind!!! Never going back to Napa!

A couple of weeks ago, I locked my keys in my car outside of the store after making a purchase. I went inside and asked for the salesmen for help, and they did everything they could to help me out--much appreciated in a time of emergency! Thanks so much for your friendly and very helpful customer service.

Napa is the gold standard for quality auto parts. If they don't have it, you probably can't get it unless it's sold only at a dealership. The St. Charles store is top of the line.

Just straight rude. Called to ask if they resurface brake rotors and not even before I finished my question, Nick,the salesman cut me off with the most abrupt "No!". I guess they only sale high priced parts,no other services

Great service, friendly staff, and great recommendation. One huge thing that stuck out to me was that they asked me to remove the plastic off the credit card machine which means they replace them! Great job on keeping up with the covid 19 safety guildlines!!
