Someone recommended me to the Verizon store in St Charles. I'm so happy that I went there, I'm 74 and don't know a lot when it comes to the new technology. “Your typical Wal-Mart..weekends and around certain holidays it's always gonna be a bit more crowded. One huge positive to this store is a long-time employee named "Sonu". She has told us she has been here almost 20 years and she is always so friendly, talkative, helpful, and just very jovial. She says she loves her job and we always go to her line when we see her here and have many times just engaged in small talk with her. Employees like this are rare, so thank you to Sonu and I am sure various other great employees we just simply may not be aware of.”
