I ordered a new countertop and Midwest was great with customer service. Everything worked great including installation. With four men working for several hours and watching from afar, they did a great job. The countertop was white. When they finished and I looked closer, it was not the top I had ordered. I wanted MSI Sparkling White but I received MSI Frost White. I had the sample from Midwest still at my house. I never had a sample of Frost White. The Sales Person IRV came to the house and said the order form said Frost White (which it did). But I told him when he placed the order that I wanted Sparkling White. I guess my fault for not questioning the order form. I will live with what I have but still not happy. Midwest only said they were sorry for the mistake. Nothing done to compensate for the mistake.

Irv and Midwest Cabinet made redesigning our kitchen not only possible, they made it perfect. We had a large amount of challenges in the layout, and Irv worked tirelessly to make sure it was Awesome! His attention to detail was exceptional and we cannot recommend them enough!
