Spend a lot of money for an over rated Mercedes and you can't even get free car washes. That's why I went to BMW. The 740 is a better car and less expensive. Goodbye Mercedes!

Really upset. I lined up a deal to buy a G63 and had everything set with Joel and Gene, and at the last second (the day I was going to wire the money), they pulled the rug out from under me and cancelled the deal because of a "miscommunication" on their end.

Greg was amazing and so accommodating even before we met in person. Greg was honest with giving us a review about the car we wanted and was professional throughout the whole transaction. Greg makes sure that you understand the whole process and shows that he is actually interested in helping you get a car and not just sell a car.

What an awful experience. We purchased a 2024 sprinter, the salesman constantly talked down and was quiet rude. That was just the buying experience. After driving the van 70 miles home. It developed an oil leak, it turned out the sales group at Mercedes of st. Charles neglected to do a full check list of the van before hand-off and the van didn't have an oil cap. We obviously called and complained, to which the salesman had the gall to try and berate/yell at us for complaining about his service. Awful experience 0/10 do not give these people your business.

Hands off one of the worst experience dealerships I’ve ever been to sales people were really immediately rude to me on the phone and it took them a long time to help me find the right car hands off one of the worst experience I’ve ever had at this dealership and not just that but they do not take the time to respect you to help you find the right car and they waste your time hands off one of the worst ever customer experience dealerships I’ve have been to not spending definitely a lot of money on a Mercedes here if they’re gonna treat customers like that there are better dealerships. I look at compared to this place and they have better reviews and customer service scores compared to this dealership

FLAWLESS EXPERIENCE! I have been looking for a specific Mercedes Benz S63 AMG for a very long time, and when I saw one available at this dealership, I called immediately. Gregg Gentile was the salesperson and he was absolutely amazing. He answered ALL of my many questions, concerns, and made me feel comfortable. This was an out of state purchase as I am in Florida, and my past experience with other dealerships was horrible so I was very skeptical about buying online and decided to actually fly to St Charles and purchase it in person. I was greeted by Mike, and Taylor who treated me like royalty. There was absolutely no gimmicks, lies, or games. Their word is truly meaningful. They addressed all my concerns, gave me time to look at the car and truly enjoy the experience of buying a Mercedes Benz. Taylor spent quality time with me going over all of the many options my new car has, and showed me all of the features the car has. THANK YOU TO MERCEDES OF ST CHARLES FOR AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Great experience. Had an alignment issue on a GLS580. It sounds simple but really isn’t especially with the 23” run flats. It rides great. They don’t just replace parts, they diagnose the problem. True car guys.
