Just have a Rx filled at Walgreens on North Ave
west of Randall. Big mistake! I did know how good
I had at had at Meijer St Charles. I took them for
granted not knowing had bad it is going elsewhere.
I've always had a good experience here. The staff
is quite knowledgeable & proficient.

I was very happy with my pharmacy. They didn’t have my blood pressure medicine ready on time and are charging me more because there is a problem with their system running my insurance. I will never go back and have been a customer for years

I have my birth control sent here every month and they conveniently never have it. I have spoken to my dr and i have fills for it for months. They clearly dont care to get medicine in when people need it and they are completely unaccommodating to help at all. It's extremely frustrating that i have to go through this with every single medication that i get. I will absolutely never be going back here bc they in no way can service any customer. This needs to be investigated and taken care of.

My husband had invasive surgery this morning. We dropped off his pain prescription at 12:30. We were told 30 minutes. We return 30 minutes later and we’re told 20 minutes. We come back 20 minutes later, and you guessed it, they had closed for lunch! I wonder what these pharmacy techs would do if THEIR loved one needed pain medication and they were faced with this kind of nonsense!

I was at the St Charles Meijer about 4 pm on Wednesday 8/25/21, I walked in on the non grocery side & Went to use a scooter to pick up things I needed, The 1st scooter I tried to use wouldn't work, The other ones were next to the one that wouldn't work I asked the door greeter if the other scooters worked? & If she could help me, She said she didn't know & wouldn't help me, What kind of workers do they employ that you can't get help?, I am disabled & Couldn't walk the store to get what I needed to get, Are they their to work or just for the pay check? If they don't want to work or do their job then they shouldn't be working their, VERY DISAPPOINTED with your so called workers, If it wasn't for the customers shopping their they wouldn't have a job, If this is how customers are going to be treated then I won't be back!

The people at Meijer Pharmacy seem very professional and helpful with prescription and over the counter meds. I regularly purchase my decongestants here. Easy to get your meds while you are grocery shopping.
