Been coming here for a few years now and it constantly takes forever to get service here. Dropped my car off 2 hours ago and I can’t even get ahold of anybody for an update. It’s frustrating having to plan an ENTIRE day just to have some basic service done

Went in today to look at a vehicle. They seemed inconvenienced that I wanted to look at the interior of a vehicle (any of that make - not a specific vehicle). They seemed put off that I had not booked an appointment and did not want to sit in a sales cube. Eventually, the sales guy grabbed a handful of keys and we followed him around the lot as he clicked the buttons on the fobs to see if one worked. They didn't. Then said he'd have to go back in and get other keys and try again. Their approach probably works for a highly transactional audience. Even so, I suspect that group is buying online.
