I own a small record label in Chicago and used Larsen for custom mailers. I can't recommend Larsen Packaging enough. Throughout the process I was well attended to, and felt like their customer service was on point. My order wasn't particularly large, but I felt like a valued customer despite that. I have worked with other packaging companies in the area and the service paled in comparison. If you are in the area and need packaging, you should absolutely start with Larsen with regard to your project.
