State Farm insurance is very good for auto & home insurance policies. Very reasonable rates and good coverage.

I was trying to bundle (auto, home, PUP) my insurance but when my phone calls are not answered or ignored it's really very disappointing. Now I regretted renewing & paying my auto insurance. I think there are other agents or other insurance companies around St. Charles or nearby cities better than Laino's State Farm. Check on your employees.

I wanted to compliment this office, particularly Joseph Mamalat. He made me believe in the difference of who your provider is and offered me very good coverage. He welcomed any question I had and gave me complete information to make up my mind. I wish I had more cars and houses so I could insure them with Joseph. If you ever read this, Joseph, please know that I am very thankful for your help; I do not worry about this aspect of my life anymore. Good job, keep the same pace.
