Do not use Jewel Saint Charles grocery delivery. They never showed up with my order and charged me for it. Ryan the delivery manager blamed it on the service that Jewel uses. My husband went in to inquire about a refund and the customer service representative would not take ownership for the mistake either. I talked to the store manager, and 3 online delivery reps from Jewel all promising a refund. I received 1/3 of my refund. After countless hours I still have not received the full amount due to me. The whole experience was frustrating and a waste of time. Nary an apology from the store was issued. Order at your own risk!

So the fist lane cashier called me a DOOFUS and today said NO SHIT when i said I needed my grocery trip split into two seperate transactions.. bruh.. dont call a customer a doofus.. and don't say no shit to my face.

This pharmacy is great and I've used them for year's. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacy manager, Jackie, has always been attentive and respectful when asked about prescription information.Additionally, Edith, Parul, and Jess have always been caring and provide a positive upbeat environment for the customers. I am very fortunate to have found such a great pharmacy location.Keep up the good work!

Good bye Jewel, so done with you. The produce is marginal and the prices are soaring. Today I went in to get a few things. Strawberries was one item. I bought two cartons which showed a price of 3.99 but 99 cents on sale. When I got to the register it did not take the sale price. When I inquired, I was told I needed to have the Jewel app and scan the code to get the $3.00 discount. Really? So only the people who allow you to gather their data through this app, get the discount? So bogus. Everyone should be able to get the discount. I've been a long time (40) shopper of Jewel. No more. I've had the member program card that went by the wayside and received embers little benefit from it, and now you want me to use an app. No thank you. Also went to buy individual baked potatoes, maybe had a dozen on the table. Red onions, soft. Cucumbers, small. Breads by the deli, half empty. Bye, bye.

The store is fine, however, I was in the self checkout the other day and experienced extreme rudeness from an employee. She had tan/ orange colored hair that was long and she had bangs. she was on the shorter side, very pretty, tan skin. However, she was SO rude to me. I asked a SIMPLE question about instacart since I am new to it and she told me "if you don't know then don't do it" and then turned to the elderly lady next to me who had accidentally scanned an item twice and needed it removed and the employee rolled her eyes at the elderly customer, let out a loud sign to show she was annoyed and I could tell the lady was extremely embarrassed. Not professional at all.

Stopped in to pick up some items as well as washer fluid firing a snow storm while visiting the area. They had ample supplies and were helpful in finding what we needed. The store was clean and fully stocked which was a blessing as we were not the first needing some help with icy conditions!

wow, Alexis was incredibly rude at checkout. she was condescending and treated me like I was a child. embarrassing and unacceptable. I know everyone's working long hours and customers are crabby- I work retail too. But that doesn't give you a right to condescend to a customer who didn't realize you weren't done with your previous customer. I'll use self checkout if i ever come back here.

I went to check out and all the cashiers were gone. I stood by the self checkout with too much to check out myself. It was almost midnight and one of the ladies found me and offered to help. She met me at a register and checked me out. She was kind and helpful. Thank you.

I am always happy to come to this jewel because you find food that no other place has. They have an isle with gluten free food but management told me they are moving everything around. This jewel is very well equip with dairy free ice creams, yogurts, cheeses. They have all nations foods so you can find everything here even a huge selection for toys

This morning there were five employees behind the deli counter before 10 am and I felt invisible The employees were far more engaged with each other than recognizing a customer who'd been standing there for quite some time

The "Senior Shopping Hours" during the Covid-19 pandemic was a nice idea. In practice it's a bunch of people who don't social distance, have little spacial recognition and who spend 15 minutes examining a loaf of bread. Unless you enjoy spending an hour to buy $50 in groceries, skip Senior Shopping time and go a difference time.
