Corporate has decided to not allow refills of certain prescriptions from telehealth providers. They're already behind many major pharmacies on this stance which will likely be seen as archaic in the near future. In any case, I can't get medication and simply will not seek out help due to the major inconvenience it has become to get it (issue meets result).

Amber is great and very friendly. All the pharmacy staff is great actually. I have never had an issue. There’s no judgement and everyone is treated with respect. Much better than most of the other pharmacies in the area. Thanks for the great service!

Hateful customer service. I will not only be using a different pharmacy from now on but will also be shopping somewhere else besides Jewel.

Matt is an amazing leader as a pharmacist. He and his team, Hunter and all the technicians are extremely professional, you feel they care and remember you when you call back. This is not my usual pharmacy but I will drive by 7 jewels and all Walgreens just to get help by them. Thank you guys!!

The pharmacy and grocery staff are courteous and helpful. I appreciate the plant-based foods section. The store is clean with a shiny floor and cheerful seasonal displays and flowers and gorgeous fruits and vegetables.

I have been a customer of this location for about 25 years. Seen a lot of managers come and go, and there's hardly any of the long term employees left except for Mary. She's a cashier, a customer service desk person and an all around great "can do" person. The sort of person that most people working used to be! She cares about where she works and she cares about how she and others do their job. She also cares about the customer and remembers people. Mary works very well with the hires with special needs and really tries to keep a positive spirit going to maximize productivity. She stops what she doing to ask customers what they need. She reacts to problems a customer may be having at self checkout before the customer has to wait for someone to notice them. She can go seamlessly from one task to another and be efficient and friendly. There are less and less people like Mary in the workplace right now and I hope the Jewel where she works on Randall Rd and Rt 38 in St Charles are aware of the asset they have in having her there and are rewarding her appropriately. I walk to the grocery store since I live so close. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Greg in the floral department was the first person to welcome me when I moved here.
