Fast and great service! Broker the LCD screen on My Motorola moto g 5g phone and they had the screen un stock ando had My phone working again with an hour. I highly recommend IL cel phone repair.

I went to Illinois Cell Phone Repair in St. Charles for the first time and was 100% satisfied!! My phone dropped and all of a sudden would not take any type of charge. The back cover of my cell phone was also shattered. I have a Galaxy Note 10+, which at this time is no longer a newer phone and they still had the parts for my phone in stock and ready. The customer service was fantastic and this is the first time I have ever been to a cell phone repair store and not been scammed with ridiculous prices. I was told of all the possible issues that could be present so there were no surprises. Within minimal time my phone was 100% repaired with no issues and the final bill was the lowest of all the possibilities I was informed of. I am so happy and satisfied, I highly recommend this business and will be referring all I can to them!

Brought phone in for cracked screen, airplane mode stays on and charging port not working.Paid 353 dollars and not even 24 hours later.. air plane mode became stuck again, and charging port over heats and had to charge using a wireless charger. Which took over 24 hours to reach 100 percentBasiclly paid 353 dollars to get screen fixed.

I had an extremely positive experience getting my phone screen repaired here. I came in to fix my wife's iPhone 11screen and they took me in right away and phone was repaired within an hour. The price was affordable and the customer was phenomenal.

I just stopped by this morning bc my phone suddenly started saying SOS after a software update. I could connect to my wifi, but nothing else worked. I couldn’t make any calls and I tried taking out the Sim card and restarting the phone. The guy working there was able to fix my phone in less than 60 seconds. He figured out that the motherboard wasn’t fully connecting to the Sim card. He was really friendly and is my new go-to for all my future phone issues. If you live in St. Charles, Geneva or Batavia, this is a great option if you need help w your iphone.
