I've had a bunch of Apple devices repaired by the iPhone Doctor. He's done outstanding work every single time. His fees are always very reasonable. Most recently, he repaired an Apple Watch that had a stuck power button that my wife had pretty much given up on. I highly recommend using the iPhone Doctor!!! You won't regret it!

I am very satisfied and recommend this business. The owner is very professional and has good customer service skills, too. He diagnosed my phone for free and discovered the issues with my phone. I have an iphone 12 that had a bad charging port and Tristar. He charged me a very reasonable fee to fix my phone compared to the other phone repair shops.

Looked for a local place to have my wifes phone repaired instead of going to Apple store (iPhone 12 pro Max). There was an issue with the phone speaker. Pete knew exactly what the problem was and repaired it within the hour. He also gave me an overall health report on the phone and made me feel good about potentially keeping it for a few more years. DO NOT GO HERE FOR NEWER OLED IPHONES!!! They will scam you and replace your OLED iPhone with a cheap LCD panel. It is a terribly tricky and sneaky method of replacing screens that leaves the I got a screen repair from them not knowing they would replace my OLED iPhone screen with a cheap LCD panel. Its been about 6 months now since I got it repaired and every day since the “repair” my iPhone overheats constantly even when it’s in my pocket, doesn’t go to full brightness anymore, has certain issues with the software compatibility of the iPhone (SINCE ITS MEANT TO HAVE AN OLED DISPLAY). This repair store is a scam and a waste of your time and money!!!

I called today asking if they can fix a Apple Watch. After speaking with them they advised me to go directly as there are no OEM parts for the Apple Watch 7. To go above and beyond, I was given instructions on how to send to Apple. For one that might not mean a lot but for someone that is not so tech savvy they really went above and beyond. Also it was rerefreshing to see honesty as they could have used aftermarket parts just to get me in. Would definitely give them business in the future.

Awesome customer service and reasonable prices. Owner/Tech stayed a little past closing time to get my son's iPhone 11 screen replaced. Also provided a free screen protector. Definitely recommended and will return for future service or repairs if needed.

iPhone doctor’s work of complete iPad screen replacement & replacement of an iPhone battery went seamlessly! This transaction was a VERY pleasant experience. Pete was upfront about the charges, he was kind and explained things to me I didn’t know…Like that my iPhone battery was bubbled up needing to be replaced a long time ago… oops! The iPad screen is brand new and my son is so appreciative for this… both phone and iPad are working better than ever now!

Incredible service. Goes above and beyond what would be required. Good discount for repeat customers. Also, the office has a nice vibe to it. I've been here several times, as has my wife, and we are never disappointed. If the repair job has not been perfect, he has made it right no problem. Highly, highly recommend.

Pete is fantastic. We have been going to him for iPhone repairs for several years. The service is excellent, quick and very $ reasonable! Also, he has always been responsive to all my calls about iPhone operating questions...a real pleasure to work with. He also offers a repeat customer discount of about 10% which is nice. Easily located in St Charles. I very highly recommend him for any/all iPhone repairs!
