Alex provided very good customer service. Initially he had directed me to one internet product I wasn't sure about. He explained everything very thoroughly and we decided on a different product. He was very thorough at explaining things to me. I am older and don't always grasp all this technical information, but he was patient and answered all my questions. I would highly reccomend working with Alex.

I have been an Xfinity customer since 2006. And I had a Billing problem that had me trying to get some help for over several hours. I even went into an Xfinity facility and I still couldn’t get my situation resolved. But I only had to explain my situation to Mr. Alex once and he gave me the service information that I needed and my problem was solved within 15 minutes. Great service Alex.

Waste of a trip. Says they are open, so I get there and then they say no one is there and you have to make an appt…. What is the point of having one here, then? So dumb. I can’t wait until all of these cable providers are obsolete. Everything with them is a hassle

After speaking with several people via the Xfinity app and by calling their 800 # for over an hour, I'm so glad I decided to call Alex instead. I was ready to cancel my services until I spoke with him. Not only did he save me money, get me better services, and respond quickly, he was also kind.

Would have been nice to know before going, but they do not accept equipment returns here. Not even an employee in the store.
