I needed to get a haircut with a blow dry. Came in mid-week to make a Saturday appointment. They said it is first come first served with no appointments. I showed up on Saturday, joined the waitlist online to save time and arrived on time for my haircut and blow dry. They said they only had time for a haircut but not a blow dry. It was a special occasion I had to go so I told them I couldn't go with wet or near wet hair but need a simple blow dry. They said they were short on staff therefore only a haircut was available. And this happens after I tried to make an appointment where I mentioned exactly what services I needed. They did not apologize, did not call me to tell me about the situation the moment they figured they were short on staff. Had to go somewhere else and it wasn't easy to get in on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Will never come back and recommend this place to anyone.

I think Marlene cut my hair and did a great job of it. She cut it in 3 different lengths.

Awful experience. I took my daughter in today for haircut. The stylist barely talk to her, and when she did, she was rude and rough with her hair and head. I wanted to get out of there so fast after that glonly to get home and realize the haircut was a chopped job and very uneven. Would not recommend

Worst cut ever today, if a stylist doesn't know curly hair they shouldn't cut it. I kept saying leave the layers and she kept chopping!!! I showed a picture of my hair how I wanted it and it isn't even close.

My self esteem has tanked after coming there, I would post pictures but I genuinely look disgusting you guys need to vet your haircutters and understand what you are playing with when you cut someone's hair. My week has been ruined because of this I am genuinely so upset I cannot believe you let these people cut hair.

Just got a haircut and it's so uneven. I should have looked at it carefully before I left and had the stylist attempt to fix it. The hair in the front is several inches shorter on one side than the other. I don't even want to go back and have them fix it in case it ends up looking worse.Service: Haircut
