Our dog got extremely sick from a vaccine she received at another vet. We did not feel comfortable going back there. Our dog had not eaten or had water for two days and it was Sunday. We went to an emergency vet which did not help much either. On Monday morning she was bleeding quite a lot from her rear. We called Gateway and they were amazing. Our dog stayed the day and came home Monday night pretty close to normal. A day later you could not tell she had any problems. Gateway is the only place our dogs will ever go in the future.

Exceptionally friendly and thorough staff from the customer service representatives, vet technicians, and veterinary doctors. They are all so very warm and welcoming, and have gone above and beyond in their care for my dog (and me!) since we began care in 2017.

They took me as an emergency appointment for my sweet, beautiful 15 year old female named Little. She unfortunately had to be put to sleep, but thanks to Dr Banucci, Steven, and the rest of the staff, they made an unbearable situation more tolerable. I can never thank them enough for how they help our other animals too.

We have been bringing our pets to Gateway Vet Clinic for over 30 yrs ! Dr. Klepitsch has been there for us through thick and thin, taking care of all of our 16 pets over the years. When he has not been available for an emergency we have seen Dr Hooper who is also amazing along with the other Dr's that cover for him as well. The front desk staff treats me like family, so friendly, always accommodating. I highly recommend Gateway Vet Clinic.

Gateway veterinarian clinic is amazing!! All personnel are cordial, friendly, and very helpful and Dr. Klepitsch is truly the best!!

Took both of my cats in for a routine exam and rabies vaccination. Saw Dr. Nickel and tech Ellie. They were AMAZING! Very thorough and I didn’t feel rushed and they handled my 2 “scaredy cats” perfectly

Dr. Vlakancic was not only very patient but very detailed in her examination. The Doctor eliminated all possible options and came to a proper diagnosis. Couldn’t have been happier.
And let’s not forget the Tech!

Dr. Vlakancic is such a wonderful and knowledgeable Dr. She has cared for our pets for many years and we cannot thank her enough for everything she does. She has helped our dogs through illneses, allergies, and wellness care. She explains what is going on medically and takes the extra time to throughly explain the treatment plan. She does all this with the utmost care and kindness for the pet and the owner.
The staff at Gateway are exceptional! From the moment you enter the door to the point you leave the staff take such good care of you and your pet. They know you by name and treat you like family.
I love that the clinic isn't a large corporation and fits in with our community! Thank you to everyone at Gateway you guys are INCREDIBLE !
