Bought a truck (paid in full) and had it shipped to a different state. It arrived without a temporary tag and nothing at all to prove we own it. I called them repeatedly over a period of 3 months before they sent the tag and our title.

My current lease was coming to an end and I had been doing quite a bit of research on my own in regards to a new vehicle lease. I narrowed my vehicle choices down to 2 and I reached out to 6 different dealerships in the area. Fox Valley Buick-GMC in St. Charles was the only dealership that really went above and beyond to work with me to get me to my price point. The other dealerships all told me there was no way I could get my target price. Thanks to Colin Short-sales associate and Pete Babani-general sales manager, they were able to get me into a new lease at my target price. They never gave up. They had my paperwork ready for me when I got to the dealership and signing the paperwork was a breeze thanks to Alex Katselis- finance manager. I really appreciated the honest, straightforwardness, and kindness I received. I will be returning to Fox Valley Buick-GMC in about 3 years when my lease is up and look forward to working with these guys again! This was the best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had.

I would NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from here.
I purchased a vehicle with a certified warranty. After purchasing, I confirmed they lied about some of items that "passed inspection". We had a telecommunication system failure and after market windshield that they did not tell us about and ended up having to dispute GM to some of the items fixed. I reached out to the Manager and Owner multiple times in hopes to get some resolution. They don't respond to emails or phone calls.
