The absolute worst customer service there is. We visited the store and asked Keenan if they will carry a product that fits our smart phone since we had checked and none of them did (all were for iphones only). He just pointed to the aisle but I told him we were already there and they do not fit. He then walked away. After waiting for maybe six or seven minutes, he appeared and started helping another customer. So I asked what his answer was. He snapped at me and pointed again to the aisle. I reiterated. He said "They're universal (fit)." I said I had put them to my phone and none fit. He then ignored me and rolled his eyes. I asked him to show me which one did fit and I would then purchase it. Nothing. Three times I requested he show me. He, in a huffy manner, walked over and slammed the product on top of my phone & even though that proved it was too short and too wide, he insisted it fit, and walked away. As I was walking out the door, a customer put her nasty two-cents in, without knowing what had occurred. I was almost out the door and Keenan yelled, multiple times, something to the affect of, "Get out of the store!!"Employees actions like Keenans', that seemed discriminatory in nature, give a company a bad name/reputation. It also seems that people who steal from a store are allowed to do so, with nothing said to them, but a paying customer who simply wants help, and to be treated with respect, is blown off, lashed out at, not given proper customer service, discriminated against, and then told to get out of the store even when already leaving said store.
