Had a tire blow out on 90 put a spare on and made it to Discount Tire St Charles 5 min before they closed. Worried I would have to call in to work tomorrow because I would have no car, they took care of me after hours. Joey and Adair are one of a kind. Helped me get tires in my price range and really made me feel like I had been coming here for years. I cannot recommend their service enough, I will be singing their praises for a long time. Truly a customer service experience you do not see these days. Bravo gentleman! 5 Stars

Tim and his team were prompt, professional and fair. I was there first thing as they opened and was out with my spare tire mounted and a four tire rotation within 15. Great work by this team!

Great Service, between Drew in Algonquin and Steven in St. Charles they teamed up and really took care of us when I tore up a tire on a Saturday afternoon. There is a reason I've purchased multiple sets from Discount Tire and will continue to do so as all of their locations have gone out of their way to take care of our us over the years.

I picked up a screw in my tire and left it in there until I got there. I was worried about a puncture being too close to the sidewall. I made an appointment online and it was easy. I had to wait about an hour but they were very thorough. Good news was the tire was not punctured and I left owing nothing. Thanks guys!

Excellent the tech greeted me before I entered building, I had a reservation they diagnosed the issue right away explained and made the repair.. within an hour.

Have 4000 miles on a new vehicle with pirelli spider 20 inch tires.. ran over a 3 inch nail that road side assistance plugged and said could be patched…discount tire said no no cannot patch…ok buddy …it was in the shoulder …no where near the wall…claimed it was safety which was a crock of @“&/ …. Called tire express some Hispanics in Aurora who laughed hilariously after what I told them what discount tire told me… assuming discount tire thought if an idiot could spend 60000 on a vehicle the same idiot could drop 400 plus for a tire…

My wife's van had a slow leak in one of the tires so she went to Discount Tire on Randall Rd. The salesperson told her our tires were "shredded" and all needed to be replaced. We have 30,000 miles on a 60,000 mile tire. Of course, she was concerned and called me and told me what the salesman said and when I asked her to have the guy send me a picture of the "shredded" tire he quickly recanted that word and then continued the pushy sales experience to buy 3 new tires. To the manager or corporate: please get your guys to follow your process and not fallback to pushy sales tactics. If you would have treated my wife like gentlemen, you would have eventually got our business and continued on the remainder of our fleet. Now, we will be checking out Belle Tire (new competitor) to see if they are better trained.

I came later in the day and had to wait a bit but wonderful customer service! Every person I dealt with was kind and helpful! Their tire prices are hard to beat. If you find a lower price somewhere else, they will work with you. Free tire rotation and balance! Highly recommend! I won’t go anywhere else for tire service.

I have to drive to New Mexico later this month and was just sure that my front tire had a leak. It LOOKED OK, but I just had a sense I had to check it! From Ryan, who greeted me and helped manage my expectations to Max, the technician who was absolutely on point, this location was incredible. I deferred getting new wipers but will be back at some point to get everything dialed in! Grateful that this kind of customer service still exists in this world! Thanks guys!
