They care more about the bottom line and not about the people. Allstate would rather get their $500 and leave a veteran without a vehicle opposed to letting the veteran cover the $500 and keep the vehicle. I truly regret using this company.

I feel great about this experience, mainly because David, Michele and their team saved me a lot of money on my insurance this year. In the end, I will pay less than half of what GEICO was going to charge me for auto insurance and my existing Allstate condo policy will be about 20% lower due to the bundling rebate. But it's not just the money. I have tried to buy my own insurance online--both directly and through comparison sites. It has been a huge waste of time and has not resulted in any savings or improvements in coverage. This year, I wrote to David, who already handled my condo insurance (which once paid out, no questions asked, One Hundred % of an $11K claim for a lightning strike on my solar panels). I noticed that my condo policy had gone up significantly and he offered to get me a package with auto insurance to compare. This was all very easy. I had a bunch of questions about specific items in the policies. I got answers quickly by email and phone, and, as I mentioned, the savings are really outstanding.

We have been customers of Allstate for over 20 years. David Cotter is a horrible agent. He is so disrespectful and rude. Every time I called to get any information regarding my policy, I would get it a week or more late. I cancel my policy because of him and the last time I called him he kept hanging up on me. This guy is very disrespectful and has poor customer service.

I don’t have enough good words to say about David! I called him yesterday for help with filing an auto insurance claim, and not only was he professional and helpful, but he also took the time to file the claim for me while we were on the phone. Thank you David for being a wonderful agent!

Tried to get a quote for homeowners. My wife spent some time talking to him and I took the time to send papers and he never called me back with any information. Doesn't seem to take his business seriously. Don't waste your time like I did.
