The optician was so thorough and personable. And the woman who helped me find my frames made great suggestions. The frame options are cute, and I got a bargain on them. I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and glasses—combined, they were less expensive than I would have paid for one pair of glasses anywhere else.

Costco lines have 2 people. One to ring items, and one to unload and load the cart. I'm SO TIRED of unloading my whole cart so the extra employee can stand and watch me and my children do his job. So I finally decided I am no longer unloading my cart. I have a 3 week old, other children and I'm dropping no less than $600 thanks to inflation with each shopping trip. The cart guy was so annoyed that I pushed my cart to be unloaded that he SLAMMED the divider bar down behind the person's items in front of me...then proceeded to unload my cart. No one wants to work anymore!! Costco isn't paying me to unload my cart - instead, I'm paying my paycheck to feed my family and support your job. So stop with the attitude, extra guy.

Thank you Ryan at Costco in St. Charles, Il for taking the time to search for the Green works electric self propelled law mower that Costco just removed from their website. Ryan took the time to search for the no longer listed item at numerous other Costco stores. Appreciate the effots.Also, thank you Isabella in the Vison department for adjusting my eyglass frame. I did not get the lawmower, but at least my eyeglass frames was adjusted.

Every time I go in there lately there are dogs in the store! They are not service animals and nobody questions them. It's disgusting that I have to put my food in a cart that a dogs ass has been sitting on! Last time someone had TWO large golden retrievers on leashes. They were not in any way shape or form service animals! Isn't this against some health code violations?! I am severely allergic and won't be renewing my membership!

Costco Vision Center does a great job. It may take a bit to schedule an appointment but if you request to be put on a wait list and be moved up, Barbie will be sure to call you.Prompt, fast service with the standard eye equipment to identify what is going on. Dr. Vatianou is experienced and knows his stuff.Once you get your exam, if glasses are needed, Costco had a huge selection to choice from as you can see from the photos. Mary is in charge of this dept and her team provides outstanding customer service.

What can I say about Costco. It's the best. Outside of not being able to count on certain things being stocked, for the money it's a great value. Most of the workers are very pleasant also. If you're going, plan to leave about $200 lighter.

I ordered pizzas during the week for a weekend pickup. When I got there the gentleman Calvin told me that they called me earlier to confirm my pizza order and unfortunately I didn't answer so they gave one of my pizzas away. He told me it would be a quick five minutes. Calvin was super nice and accommodating. He gave me a free Churro for the inconvenience. I've worked in customer service for ten years and I've never gotten such great customer service before. The free Churro isn't the reason I'm writing this review, it is the exceptional customer service I got from Calvin at the end of his Saturday shift and his friendly personality that made up for it. Calvin is a great employee and definitely deserves a raise.

I was at the Saint Charles, IL Costco today around 11:15 AM and at one of the food tasting stations throughout the store the woman serving samples coughed in her hand and then proceeded to serve food to customers … DO NOT eat their samples they are not following food safety guidelines

Thank you, Mike, in computers. I went there two weeks ago to purchase a new all in one computer. My old one, a DELL Inspiron stopped working after 37 months. I am a United States Attorney for a governmental agency, and I use my computer for work all day long five days a week to work remotely. Mike took time to ask me questions and explain to me that the HP All in one with the AMD Radeon processor and the AMD Ryzen processor would be fine for what I do. I purchased the HP all in one desktop for $699.99 and it is working out fine. This is the fourth computer I have purchased from Costco. I also purchased a HP DESK JET 4158 e from Costco online at the same time.

I made an appointment two weeks in advance for tires and rearranged my schedule to have them installed. The night before I received a call from Costco saying they old received two of the tires. I wouldn't trust someone that can't count the tires on a car to install them. This was a mistake I will never make again.

It is a well-run business, with polite and reasonably helpful employees. The membership has been worthwhile even for a family of only three. The Kirkland products are of high quality for the price, and there also are many other unusual and desirable products that you will find nowhere else. The clothing section has many fine bargains, particularly in outerwear and jeans. It is a pleasant place to shop.
