I really love what World Market has to offer. Tonight on my quest to find some perfect throw pillows I found the cutest little pillow but it was marked with some dirt. I found a second one but that had some snags in the knitting. When asking if they would provide a mark down the managers tone and demeanor was rude and less then the friendly. As a customer service professional myself, this is a basic skill set anyone in this industry should carry. I likely wouldn’t have taken the time to write a review but as we exited the store my husband asked “is it just me that thought that manager was rude?”.

One of my favorite places for gifts and unique food/drinks for entertaining! This location is clean, the store is organized, well stocked and laid out beautifully. Friendly staff willing to help you find what you need.I love the selection of Torani brand flavors for coffee, tea and other beverages!
