Seems to be the most competitive price for auto body repairs in the tri city area. Scott is the owner and is a man of integrity. He is very knowledgeable, honest, fulfills his promises, and wants his customers to be pleased with the work done. Had the lift gate on my 2014 Lexus SUV repaired and refinished to factory-like quality. Cannot tell it was refinished. Very satisfied with this particular auto body repair.

Scott and his team are awesome. My dad recommended them and I went with them to fix a dented door from a hit and run. They quoted out a fair price and were fast in scheduling the repair and ordering the parts. And the work was impeccable. St. Charles is a hike but it's worth it for me to have a body shop you trust.Services: Painting

DO NOT COME HERE. I had a bad experience. I wouldn’t trust these people with your vehicle . took them almost 2 weeks to replace a fender. when i went to pick up my car, my car was in worse condition. Had so many issues here with my vehicle. owner wasn’t understanding at all.Services: Painting

This is a sad review to write. Yes, Scott the owner is great to work with. That's refreshing and worth stars right off the bat. However, the quality of the work is just not up to a high enough standard IMHO. I don't expect concours-level work of course, but I also don't expect to receive a job that has easily spotted defects in the paint, excess compound visible on plastic parts, and body work improperly attached. I know it's hard to find good help these days, and the results of the work done on my vehicle prove it. The one thing most ordinary people get picky about is a paint job on a car so you'd think extreme attention to detail at a body and paint shop would be top priority right? Maybe they need better lighting? Of course I brought it back and Scott addressed the easily visible issues for the most part, but quite frankly a total repaint is really what's required. Scott told me to let him know if I spot anything more and he'll handle it. I'm sure Scott would take another shot at the whole job, but at this point I just don't have that kind of patience given it took way too long the first go around. I have resigned myself to just be annoyed at the flaws in the paint I can see every time the light is just right. Sigh... My search for the perfect body and paint shop continues.

I found an important level of expertise with the owner/manager Scott. When his comment simply stated was, " It will be fixed like it was before the accident." This didn't mean just Bondo, my damage was beyond that. Another repair shop said the repair with Bondo....unacceptableYou can trust Scott to fix it rightI highly recommend his work.

I’ll start off by saying the Scott, the owner, is a very nice guy and did everything necessary to make the work right, but it should take 3 times to make a simple panel repair.The first time it went in was for a rear quarter panel. When I got it back after leaving it for a week, there was paint chipping, bubbles in the paint, and some of the rubber door molding wasn’t holding anymore. I went back and said this needs to be fixed, which he agreed to do, whenever it worked for me, since he was going to have to have the car for a week again.The second time I walked through all of the issues again so he knew exactly what needed to be fixed. A week later when I went to pick it up, there were still bubbles in the paint and some of the issues weren’t resolved. He said “sorry, I forgot”. Again, it is on me to get him the car for a couple of days.After picking it back up from the third time, overall it looked pretty good. Upon having the car home for a few weeks, I have noticed there is haze under the clear coat, there were still some bubbles and pinholes in the paint. I just had the car outside today to wash it and noticed there was also overspray on the black wheels.What kind of operation is this guy running. He obviously has no oversight or quality control. I gave this guy a shot because he had good reviews. Next time, I’ll just take my repairs to Royal Coach on the east side of st Charles. They do great work.If your considering this place for your repair, don’t waste your time.
