Want to thank Amanda Sperzel had a problem that 4 customer service reps could not solve. Amanda was extremely helpful we highly recommend her. Your overseas help is not great. I will use the St. Charles Citi Bank.

I set up an appointment the day before I came in to the St. Charles branch. Was not given name of rep, just a time. There were 3 reps, 1 of them the branch manager, and 1 already helping someone. I thought I would get the first available person at my appointment time. No, the person I was scheduled with was the 1 rep already busy. So the person who was available and willing to help, "didn't want to step on anyone's toes" by assisting me. So my toes were stepped on, instead. I waited and waited, even with the branch manager assisting the person I was to meet, in order to speed up what she was doing. Another customer came in, without an appointment, and was assisted by the available rep. I waited approximately 15 min and left. I drove to the Citi Bloomingdale location. Mark Berario(sp?) assisted me immediately, handled what I needed within 5 min. He knew exactly what was required, and the most efficient way. So lesson learned, don't make appointments with Citi... you will wait longer than if you just walk in. Not going to St. Charles again, even though it is 7 min closer. I will waste my time in the bank.

Kinda of a suspicious bank and some weird staff. Go to open account and they ask for your information to set up security questions before they even do social. Why are they setting up personal security questions. They should not be doing that. Almost asking for getting fraud. All they need is ID to match social. They do suspicious things and make their service not worth banking with them. Go to a bank where they don't do things that feel like they are stealing your information. Or do banking online.

Service knowledgeable how to grow your money from regular checking/ savings to cd this is the place to go Citibank . Service , from the Manager , Teller and particular Ms Rhika . Her desk is in the left hand side when you walk in . Any questions, she had an answer and will give you some suggestions in regards how Citibank will help the individual in regards to their money and investments . Check it out and one more good thing about Citibank , if you travel a lot , there's always a Citibank Branch , in USA and International too, Europe , one example . So go Banking at Citibank. Highly recommended.

Bank is fine. Nothing really to complain about except their hours. I work 8-5 so I can never make it to my own branch because I'm always at work when they're open.

Citi is by far the worse experience I've ever had in my life. I went to them for a recent mortgage and everything seemed normal but into the process they changed from Angels to Demons. I have great credit and a great job but when it went well into 2 months I pulled out and went with another lender that was much better. They were unprofessional, did not reply to emails and constantly asked for the same information several times...they even tried to make me pay a debt I didn't owe after telling them more than a dozen times. I thought we would loose the house and I've been in the housing market for more than 20 years so I understand the process. My Attorney, my Realtor and my newly found lender worked overtime to make things happen. I'm going to the DPR and their CEO because this experience was horrific. Never ever go to Citi for a mortgage...I'd rather go to a man in a basement providing mortgages and I'm being nice. Citi should get out of the mortgage business.
