We had our wedding at Cedar Fox just last weekend, and the only word to best describe it is perfect. Every step of the way was perfect. Karen was SO incredible to work with and her and Lance were a joy to see every time we visited the venue for Booked Couples Open Houses!!! Karen was quickly responsive to my many, many emails! We truly enjoyed the planning process thanks to her and her recommended vendors list is AMAZING!! The wedding weekend itself went off without a hitch. The rehearsal, the ceremony and the reception all went smoothly due to Karen and her team. On the actual day we worked with Lindsey as our coordinator, and Karen was there a lot as well! Lindsey was AMAZING as well! She was always there if we needed anything and was so so great in dealing with anything that popped up during our reception. She was just fun to have there as well! I truly cannot recommend Cedar Fox enough! My only real post wedding blues is that I’m sad I won’t get to work with these amazing people anymore, LOL. Thank you all so much!!!!!

Karen and Lance are THE BEST! The Cedar Fox is the ultimate wedding venue for intimate weddings and beyond. Karen listened to my every need from touring to saying 'I do', and made our dreams a complete reality. If I could recommend anything, getting married in the fall! The greenery they provide for you on the grounds are the greatest centerpieces, and could not have been a more beautiful place to get married. Thank you, Karen & Lance, and the rest of The Cedar Fox team for helping us start our married life with the best party ever!

Karen and her team at Cedar Fox were incredible to work with for our August wedding! We looked at a lot of wedding venues and none seemed exactly right - until we stepped into Cedar Fox. My now husband and I walked into the venue and we both pretty much knew immediately that this was the place where we wanted to get married. The natural lighting, naturally gorgeous & modern space, and the open house offerings was exactly what we wanted & more. We were able to take advantage of the open houses to show our immediate family the venue as well as to practice the setup of our table settings and really discover my vision. The tables & chairs are so naturally pretty that you don’t need a ton of decor/table settings if you don’t want it & everything will still look elegant and gorgeous. Highly recommend using Cedar Fox as your venue!

We got married at cedar fox 2 weeks ago and it was an amazing experience. Cedar fox is a hidden gem that we are so happy to have stumbled across for our wedding. The venue is stunning and even though it is in downtown, it feels serene and peaceful out on the terrace. The inside is beautiful and feels much bigger than it looks from the outside. The bridal suite to get ready in is every makeup and hair artist dream to use.Karen has great communication and is very quick to respond to any questions. She was also very helpful and even made up my day of timeline I was struggling with. She offers an open house every month which is perfect for DIY brides like myself, to be able to come in and set up my projects as I complete them to see how they are coming along.For the actual wedding day my day of coordinator Lindsey was amazing. I loved her so much. She is kind and makes you feel so comfortable. She is great with detail and really made our night smooth. She was on top of everything and made sure I didn’t have to worry about anything. She is outstanding at her job! Also, all the venue staff is so friendly and nice. Any interactions with them were pleasant.Everyone loved our wedding and the venue! We couldn’t be happier with the whole process and experience we had at Cedar Fox! Thank you so much Karen and team for making our wedding so special. You truly have a wonderful venue and we are so happy to have gotten married here.

When we were on the hunt for a venue, we really wanted a space that felt like “home”, with the support of a business owner who made it a point to ensure that was our experience. We came across photos when doing a Google search of Cedar Fox and immediately reached out. That same weekend, Karen, fit us in and from the time we approached the front doors at Cedar Fox we had a “feeling” this was our venue. What really solidified our decision was how detailed, thorough, and caring Karen was in just our initial meeting. It gave us confidence and trust that our big day would be set up and go as planned based on her direction and insight. After signing our contract our wedding coordinator loved the idea of the open houses that were hosted every 6 or so weeks as it allowed us to work in person, in the actual venue space, and bring our theme and big day to life! It made for such an easy set up and getting ready experience. The space itself is so beautiful, and all the touches like the large farm tables, beautiful veranda, and fireplace for the sweet heart table backdrop really made for such perfect photos and ambiance. We were especially grateful for Karen and Cedar Fox when they helped accommodate a cultural element, mariachi, into our big day! Karen was thoughtful and considerate when helping us plan for the best lay out so all guests could enjoy this special touch during cocktail hour. From the entire space itself to the 5 start service we received with Karen and her staff, anyone looking to plan a wedding in Saint Charles should make sure Cedar Fox is on the list! We feel confident from your initial meeting to your big day, you will feel confident and happy Cedar Fox is where you and your guests will celebrate one of your biggest moments! We are so grateful our search led us to Cedar Fox and can’t thank them enough for hosting our most memorable and happiest day of our lives! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at Cedar Fox Weddings for my brother’s wedding yesterday. It was the perfect place for them to have it! Loved the open concept, the veranda and the landscape. The only downfall I would say about it was the parking. The parking lot is a public parking lot which makes it challenging for your guests to park somewhere close.

My husband and I got married here at the end of March. We had such and incredible and smooth process from start to finish. Karen was always there to quickly answer any questions we had and to offer up suggestions based on her knowledge in the business such a floor plans to make the most of the space. We knew this was out venture from the second we walked in and would highly recommend having any event here.

We had our wedding at Cedar Fox in January 2022 and could not have been happier with our choice. This was the first and really only venue we looked at - once we saw it, we knew it would fit exactly what we envisioned for our wedding day.Karen and Lance are the owners and they were so helpful through the whole planning process. The couples open houses were perfect for ironing out all of the details of how we wanted everything to look and we could get answers to all of our questions and take measurements for decorations, etc. - it's an added bonus that I don't think you really get with other wedding venues.Their day-of Coordinator, Kaylan, was so incredible with smoothing out the bumps in the road on the day. We weren't sure we were going to need a Coordinator on that day, but we're so glad we ended up hiring her because it really kept the stress levels in check. The best part is we didn't have to hunt for someone to fill that role for us - it's an option that they provide and for a very reasonable price. The bridal suite with hair and makeup stations was a life saver for me - hair and makeup can be done right on site so there was no shuffling around to different salons and appointments on the day. It's a convenient and beautifully designed area perfect for capturing candid getting ready photos.We never felt like we were going to have a wedding just like everyone else's because we were able to select vendors that fit our vision (and budget) and what was important to us on that day. It's such a beautiful venue and provides the perfect "blank slate" for any wedding or event.

I can’t recommend this venue enough. This is the ONLY wedding venue that my husband and I looked and we loved it so much that we booked on the spot! Also it has the best location- it’s in the heart of downtown st.Charles, so close to everything! Karen Lance and Kaylan are amazing and a huge help with making sure your wedding is not only everything you wanted but also runs smoothly. They gave my husband & I great advice/recommendations while in the planning process. And most importantly the venue is SO beautiful- my guests complimented the venue all night long. My husband and I are forever grateful for cedar fox for helping us plan our dream wedding. I could go on & on about the love I have for this place.

We were married at Cedar Fox over the summer and could not be happier with our wedding ceremony and reception location choice! The venue is gorgeous and so unique. Karen, Lance, and Kaylan helped make planning and executing the big day a breeze. We are so thankful for all of their insight and help throughout the process. So many of our guests kept saying how beautiful and unique the venue was and several shared that it was one of the most beautiful weddings they've attended. We would absolutely recommend getting married here.

So excited to deliver and set up at this gorgeous venue today. Such a beautiful and inviting aesthetic creates the perfect setting with tons of natural light and open floor plan. Easy to find and right in the heart of St. Charles. Today was for a Bridal Shower and every detail was on point. The bride was gorgeous and her guests were amazed at all of the meticulous details. I met so many fabulous vendors setting up the balloon arch, florals, catering, etc. Set up and take down was a breeze for us. Super professional owner with a wonderful eye for detail. All made the event go so smooth for the vendors, the guests and most important the bride! Look forward to returning here for cake and dessert deliveries for future events!
