Ryan O was simply outstanding 10/10 service. He was responsive helpful - and most of all - fun to interact with. The positive experience makes me want to come back to this branch for my BMO needs! Thanks for being awesome!

This is my favorite location best service ever the tellers are the best the manager is very helpful and every banker that I’ve come across there has been the best I go there for all my needs they’re very friendly and helpful and I’ve never gotten a bad vibe from anybody there I highly recommend this location

Terrible service. Went in there to open personal checking accounts with my husband. The banker’s name was Ashok Joshi. At first he seemed nice. He was patronizing but I let it go. Then as we were filling out basic info we got to the credit card portion and he started laughing when we told him the amount to enter. He said you’re paying 30% on that? I told him no offense but you do not know the interest rates we are paying or if it’s a long term or short term debt. It’s none of your business. We’ve provided the requested information. We are not interested in money management advice. We just want to open the accounts. He continued to laugh and say you can pay 30% on that if you want to. Finally my husband asked Ashok why he is laughing and he would not stop laughing. At this point I told my husband we shouldLeave. And we got up to leave. Before we left my husband caught the attention of the branch manager, a balding heavy set gentlemen. My husband told him what happened and the branch manager shrugged his shoulders and said sorry you were offended. He wasn’t laughing at you. At this point. I interjected and asked the branch manager if he witnessed the interaction to be able to say that. The branch manager shrugged his shoulders and said I’m just guessing. He did not care about addressing our concern. Nor did he offer to have someone else assist us or did he offer himself to help us. And there were no other customers in the bank so it’s not like nobody else was available to assist. I didn’t know that BMO has gotten so bad that they don’t even apologize to you anymore. Never dealt with a manager that did not care enough to even offer any kind of recourse. Good luck with this place and so sorry if you bank here.

Wow just left the drive thru where I was told I couldn’t cash my check because they have a limit of 1000 dollars at the drive window. The lobby is closed for social distancing. Way to serve your customers.. what a sad world we live in...
