They can’t answer the phone their website says open till 5pm it’s 10am rn and nobody will answer called 3 different days at 3 different times this is ridiculous. I recommend banking elsewhere

I needed to get a money order urgently on a Saturday for a business trip. I didn’t bring my debt card but the staff helped me with everything I needed within 10 minutes. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

After 11 calls to this branch, not once could I speak with a real person. It kept putting me in a loop of push this number messages. I wanted to deposit a large amount of money into this bank but have decided if they cannot answer the phone, they are not going to be of good service!

I have had a hard time dealing with bmo in general. They didn't respond to me in regards to a HELOC and many empty promises were made. I also get charged every year for a safety deposit box I no longer have. The people at the branch are very friendly though and I don't hold the banks poor policies against them. BMO used to be great 7 years ago but their service has declined greatly.

Everyone here is always very nice and helpful to me. I usually use the after-hours drop box to deposit checks and they deposit them first thing in the morning. Overall excellent customer service!

Four years ago, this was an awesome branch. They got rid of their knowledgeable employees and, since then, everything is a chore and usually needs to be corrected many times. Most recently, an employee locked me out of my accounts due to lack of knowledge or asking for help. Had to have another branch get involved to fix. Am closing all my accounts - no point having them somewhere that doesn't care.

I’ve been banking here for years. But I recently contacted James Clegg regarding some loan information and I just want to say he was phenomenal! Very help, very knowledgeable, responded to questions very thoroughly and in a reasonable time. Truly appreciated all his help. Highly recommended!

I am very disappointed in the customer service that they offer at this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.I called and spoke to Matt the branch manager about cashing a $80 check because I am a non BMO customer. He verified for me to come into the lobby and they would be able to cash the check with no fees- I very specifically asked if there was a fee. Once I get to the bank they were rude about letting me in the lobby, and then the assistant manager refused to honor cashing the check free of charge, since Matt was at lunch. It's definitely not the way to earn business from potential clients :(

BMO Harris Bank does not care about its customer's money. They will not protect your money like the are expected to, even from your personal account much less a business account. Back in December 2019 I had $450 taken from my account and they refuse to investigate properly. They cant even get the right paper worked filled out correctly between two banks. The investigations part of the bank will not communicate with you. The bank manager Matt will not return a phone call. They have been provided all the paperwork and evidence by me yet three months later there is still no resolution. My best hope is filing with the FDIC and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Hopefully they can get BMO Harris to fight for their customers money. Save yourself the headaches and bank elsewhere.
