Have 4000 miles on a new vehicle with pirelli spider 20 inch tires.. ran over a 3 inch nail that road side assistance plugged and said could be patched…belle tired said no no cannot patch…ok buddy …it was in the shoulder …no where near the wall…claimed it was safety which was a crock of @“&/ …. Called tire express some Hispanics in Aurora who laughed hilariously after what I told them what Belle tire told me… assuming belle tire thought if an idiot could spend 60000 on a vehicle the same idiot could drop 400 plus for a tire…

Brett D. The manager is awesome and was extremely professional. They really have the best tires at the best price in town. Thank you for the Veteran discount! My car needed an alignment in addition to the new tires and it was very reasonably priced. My car feels brand new! I will be back for another set of Starfire tires for my truck.

This location is very professional and highly customer service oriented. They were able to give me lowest price for the tires that I wanted, and do the necessary minor alignment at no charge, to make sure my new tires are fit perfect. My car drive feels like new.

Scott, the newest mechanic there, knows cars inside out, upside down and backwards and forwards. He's the only mechanic I trust to work on my car and my wife's car, I followed him from his past employment here.Communicative, direct while remaining polite, and a heckuva mechanic, belle is lucky to have him.

I can't say enough about Bryan Larson the Assistant Manager in St Charles. He was knowledgeable, courteous and understanding. A true professional. I didn't bring my car into Belle Tire for tires but instead of repair. I was so worried because that Saturday morning most repair shops in the area were either closed or too busy. Bryan and his technicians took my car, diagnosed and installed new parts to have me back in my car and on the road by 12:30. I highly recommend Belle Tire St Charles.

I took my car to Belle Tire for a second opinion. The first place quoted me $1300 in repairs, Belle found that it was just a backing plate that had shifted and my repair was free. Also, excellent customer service, everyone was very friendly.

Had a flat tire. Belle tire took me in right away and took care of me with no charge. Could not be more grateful at how the staff handled me today especially with me being a little on edge with my car. Service was great. Definitely plan to use them in the future for any of my car needs.

Zero interest in understanding repairably of flat. Resulted in an attempt to sell a single tire vs all 4. Price was sky high and discount tire next door solved issue. Installed 4 new tires and was a $100 less per tire retail! Hard pass on belle tire!

Great new tire place!I was going to sell my old VW Beetle & needed the 4 newer tires switched from my old Beetle to a recently purchased newer Beetle. Discount Tire next door quoted me $200! They also are not allowed to give customers rides. I ended up having to walk 1.5 miles home to get my other car and drive it back. Unfortunately, I was in pain from arthritis in both hips. So, I decided to check with Belle to compare pricing and they said it would be free!! They worked on it right away and I was so pleased with Bryan who helped me and will definitely keep going back to Belle!

My 2 rear valve stems were leaking air. The first place I went to wanted to replace all 4 rims for $600. The second tire shop told me they could clean and seal 2 new valve stems for $90 next Wed. Tim at Belle Tire got me in right away, cleaned and sealed 2 new valve stems for next to nothing, and were done in half an hour. They inspected my rear brakes as long as they had the wheels off and let me know they needed to be serviced. It had been 4 years since last brake job so I'm glad they noticed. Great people, great service, so glad I went there!
