The employees are so nice to work with. They truly go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable with what they are doing, doing extra things like washing my dirty car when they were done changing my oil, using discount coupons ai had received in the mail from Audi.
Even nice to wait there as they have coffee, cold drinks, healthy snacks to munch on & comfortable chairs & tables to wait.
I truly have not had that kind of experience with any other car repair companies.

I just needed a top off of my oil and Collin had me in and out as quick as can be without an appointment! I always have a great experience at the St. Charles Audi Service department, so glad they opened in our town.
