Count me as another dissatisfied customer who will never buy from this dealer again. In my opinion both their lack of knowledge about their product and their questionable integrity after I filed a complaint make them a risky dealership to buy from. I can see from the reviews here and on other sites that I'm not the only one who feels that way. Their sales rep gave me incorrect information about the towing capacity of the Q5e I wanted to purchase. It was my stated purpose for buying the car, and I made a buying decision and waited months for the car to come in based on what he told me which turned out to be wrong. The car tows less than half what he said it did so it is useless to me for towing and I wasted thousands of dollars and six months. I discovered the actual lower towing capacity on my own 2 months after I bought the car and I was the one to bring it to their attention. I actually stood there with the rep while he investigated what I had learned. Now over a year later the rep is saying he disclosed the lower towing capacity when I took delivery and I agreed to buy the car anyway. I would never have agreed to that because the towing was critical to me. If he had been knowledgeable enough to tell me the correct towing capacity when I first came to the dealership, I would have left and bought another brand like Volvo. Instead I waited six months for a car that didn't meet my needs. It's very telling that Audi refuses to provide me with documentation to support their assertion that I accepted the lower towing capacity. They even accused me of wanting to use a third party to modify the car to increase the towing capacity which is ridiculous. I would never do such a thing-- I'm not mechanically inclined or irresponsible enough to even think of that. I would steer everyone away from Audi Exchange St Charles if I could.

Do business with these people at your own risk. Dana reached out to me Saturday asking me to confirm an appointment to go see a vehicle. I agreed, but I also told him I live about an hour away, so it would take me a while to get there. He replied "sounds good". About 30 minutes into my trip I get a text saying the car had just been sold. At this point they had already ran my credit, I had an insurance quote and I had gotten a ride from a friend because my intention was to take the car home and they knew this. I'm sure not everyone gets the same treatment here, so maybe you'll have a better experience, but with so many options out there I don't know why you would risk it.

My service experience at St Charles Audi was exceptional. I was greeted by Justin Doyle the moment I pulled in. The facility is immaculate. It's hard to find good service now days but Justin and the St Charles team nailed it. I purchased my car in Highland Park But St Charles is more convenient. I will continue to service my vehicle at this dealership. They were quick, honest and my vehicle was returned in the same condition they received it. Bravo Justin and Team

Horrible experience. Buyer beware. Repair records were left out of the deal file received prior to buying. Car broke down 3 days later and still being repaired 60 days later. Complete nightmare. Buy a used from this dealer at your own risk because they cannot be trusted. I was assured they would "make it right" and they have haven't done anything at all to assist. Looks like other recent Yelp reviews have similar issues with buying a used car at this dealer.

Brand new store that looks great!l've done two services there,the first oil light came on went on with no appment.Was not a problem set me up with car and out of there in 20 min.Number two was for two recalls,again right in right out.

I purchased a used vehicle and I will say avoid this place if you can. They lied about the condition of the brakes, they made false statements and also very poor communication skills. over all terrible experience. my background is 17 years in the auto industry

Great vehicles, poor dealership. I bought a used Q7 that had a headlight issue the night of purchase. The response was that it didn't have that issue at inspection. It would had to have been inspected at night to show the error. After the GM said he would make it right, multiple attempts to contact him have not been returned. I sold an ML350 to buy the Q7. The Mercedes dealership next door is a much better outfit. I will not be purchasing another vehicle here.
