Went into the store yesterday and was told by the manager that he was busy and he did not have time to make a car key. He said come back today and he would make a key anytime. There were No customers in the store at the time.Went to the store today at the key counter and was told to wait 10 minutes.And that the manager would be there to make the key.He never showed up. We were loyal customers shopping at their store for the last 20 years.I will never go back there again.

I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. Have always had help when I asked and the staff were always friendly. My husband went in there yesterday to get a key cut. He was told to come back today because the guy was too busy. There were no customers in the store. He went back today and was told to wait 10 minutes. The guy never came. What had happened to the Ace Hardware I have known all these years that used to have great customer service??!!

We were 25 miles from our shop and needed some cut off wheels to finish our project. Went on Google to find the Ace hardware store was less than 3 miles away. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with good morning and what could we help you find. Thanks to the staff I was in and out in minutes with my cut off wheels and a delicious bag of fresh popcorn. Thank you

This ACE IS VERY UNHONEST EXPECIALLY WHEN YOU USE THEIR "SERVICES" ...... MY DADS COMPANY HAS BEEN GOING TO THEM FOR YEARS AND THEY USE TO BE HONEST.......BUT NOW THEY HAVE EMPLOYEES THAT WILL DISRESPECT YOU AND WHEN YOU USE THEIR SERVICE THEY WILL MARK UP PRICES ON PURPOSE EXPECIALLY THEIR "SCREEN/REPAIR" SERVICE..... MY DADS COMPANY HAS BEEN GOING HERE FOR YEARS AND THEY NOT ONLY WERE RUDE TO OUR EMPLOYEE TODAY..... THEY ALSO INTENTIONALLY RAISED THE COST OF THEIR SERCICE ON SCREEN BY BOUT 50%.... WHICH MEANS AND I PROMISE YOU THEY WILL NOT TELL U BUT SCREENS COST ANYWHERE AT ANY PLACE BETSEEN 30-40$ A SCREEN DEPENDING ON SIZE THATS HOW IT HAS BEEN FOR YEARS! YEARS!!! OK?.....now I have receipts from this store (obviously due to uncle sam) buy I wouldn't take any service to this store ever.... what use to cost us 30$ a screen they charged us 60$ roughly.... not exact but they purposely did this to us and if I get A message below this from someone from this business..... they will say this is a lie but anyone can get in touch with me to save urself the money.... because I ha e all receipts from this place....I can also confirm all sizes of screens so they don't try and say that the screens were bigger nope.... I have all documents and when we walked into the store today we were not only treated with disrespect but we were also double charged on purpose and all u need to do is email me and I will show receipts 1000%... if u think im lying I have made other reviews on this email ND I know some people can lie but our company has been going to this specific store for years and they not only lied and disrespected us but they purposely over charged us massively not just a few dollars I'm talking DOUBLE.... MY RECIEPTS WILL SHOE THIS.... IF U EMAIL ME...THERE IS OTHER PLACES BETTET THAN HERE AND NOW THAT I KNOE HOW THE LADY WHO OWNS THIS STORE..... YOU KNOE WHO U ARE.... THEY HAVE TRUELY RUINED WHAT USE TO BE A GREAT LOCAL ACE
