Went for TSA precheck pop up. Only thing I didn’t like is that the person who was doing the precheck didn’t call people by order of appointment time. He’d walk up to the people waiting and say “next” but how are 3-4 people supposed to know who signed up for the 2:00, 2:10, 2:20 slots ? So I was kind of peeved. Otherwise a fast process.

Easy to get IDP international Driver's Permit. You can get your photo taken here too, cheaper than at a Walgreens/CVS. $33.20 all together for a non-AAA member.

They make me pay another $20 for international driving permit. No help whatsoever. I am very upset will not return again. Please go to other store I had no problem at Elgin.

I have made multiple attempts to contact the agent to make very important changes in our insurance. Never got a response. This has happened multiple times. Switching insurance today. Just sick of it.

if you want to be treated like complete garbage bring your business to Danielle Ideran. She is great at ignoring her customers and using excuses for every reason that she can find rather than take responsibility. her communication is dreadful and the office admin people aren't any better. avoid this place like the plague.
