This is just a friendly message that you need to fix your ice cream freezer. It is turned on so high that all of the ice cream crystallizes. The cashiers are very kind. I'm just leaving this note so that management can fix this issue as of twice purchased pints of ice cream that were ruined.

I am blown away by the lackluster reviews of this place. I love it! Every time I come they have exactly what I need. The older gentleman that works evenings, I hate myself for not remembering his name, is literally an angel, just the kindest man! Although it's not cheap, I accept that, as I know I am paying for convenience. This is my go to stop for coffee creamer, ice, beer, and whatever lil' odds And ends I need at home. Big fan!!!

The older man during the evening shift will not give receipts to kids. I’ve checked my sons purchases/change several times and frequently short. It happens almost every time. This guys is clearly pocketing cash from kids purchases. Including a gift certificate that was NEVER scanned and activated. Then my son had no receipt to prove he bought it. Be careful when buying from this location.

So I walk in and say hello to the Indian man who was staring me down as I walked in. He is sitting up there then goes to like walk around to watch me like I’m a thief, I wait at the counter for 3 minutes to buy my 7$ case of water cheapest one they had and I accidentally give him an extra dollar and he dosent say anything and dosent give me my receipt

I've been going here for a few years, and haven't encountered any issues. Cashier's do their job well, and the isles are well stocked. The place is small but has a good selection, and the rewards program is handy. I've never had issues with the employees unlike some other reviews I've seen.Overall - This is a solid 7-11
