I had such an amazing interaction with the store manager Tiffany today. I had a paperwork mixup on my diamond bonds because of another location and she took the time to sort it all out for me. Her care and compassion were the best I’ve ever received since becoming a Zales customer 12 years ago. I will only go to this location from now on because of Tiffany and her team.

There to slow they move from hickery point mall in Forsyth no notice. so now I have to travel to Springfield to get my jewelry serviced. Every 6 months I'll never buy another piece of jewelry from zales

The lady who worked behind the counter was so super friendly and kind and knew exactly what I was looking for. They even honored their protection agreement for my wedding ring were a diamond had come loose.
