ERIC (Manager) raged horribly at me....I DO NOT LKE HIM AT ALL!!HE IS NOT PROFFESSIONAL, when ERIC is nice, he is FAKE!!!What happened to the two young white girls that worked at this bank, ?????I loved them both!!They were wonderful!! Hire them both back!!A fairly new black tall thin female is very rude also, she has severe mood swings,I do not like her either!!This bank needs new workers AND a new "proffessional Manager!"

We came in to close a checking account. The bank man told us there would be a 25$ fee to close the checking account. I paid him. He asked us our reason for wanting to close this account and he wouldn't accept N/A" or "we nolonger want this account" as a reason to close the account. He was holding up an already long line, forcing us to explain ourselves. It was at this point that I lost my cool. I acted a bit of a fool at the bank in Wal-Mart. No I'll be honest, I acted a whole fool. He had taken our money and wouldn't do his job because our answer didn't suit him.

I have bank here for years, but between the fact that it takes for ever just to complete any transaction at the counter and the fact that don't open till 10am. I'm closing my accounts and going elsewhere.

Used to be a good bank, now it's just rude and eye rolls and soo not worth it. I knew it was a second rate bank but it was open on Sundays. Now it's not and the people at either branch really shouldn't be working with humans, they are just snotty

Your wait is forever and had an work picture ID and my own debit card and still would withdrawal my own money.. one of the worst Woodforest banks I've been too... If you bank with Woodforest bank I suggest you go to another bank across town..

Been going there for years! These people are always personable! Much better then the big banks I use downtown. Especially Eric, very nice guy although has yet to offer any samples. ?
