“This is the best gift shop in Springfield. I love giving surprises to family and friends and the many times I have been here, I have always found the right thing. Love the local artists artworks. The clothing is really nice. The accessories and jewelry are unique finds. I love the the ladies that work there and are always ready to help me find that special one of kind gift. Oh and did I mention that when you find that nice gift, you'll also find something for yourself too. Just thinking about this place makes me want to jump in the car and go now. Have fun!”

She’s always honest about how it looks… sometimes I walk out with something and other times I decide I’ll go back in a week or so because she gets new items in all the time!”

“Yesterday 8/27/2022, my friend and I spent hours in Springfield trying to find a professional outfit. We struck out at many stores, but found the perfect outfit at Loft. The store was quite busy and your employee Rylan was running around helping everyone, checking back in with guests, and putting things away. She was incredibly friendly and was wonderful at her job! She wasn’t the only employee in the store, but she seemed to be doing more than her share. Thanks for a great experience.”

“The salon deserves five stars just because of the master stylist, Dee Shannon. She listens to the client preferences, makes changes as requested and has interesting conversations. She is also happy to not talk except for what is required to cut/style/dye your hair. She is the stylist for everyone in my household, both male and female, adult and child, long hair and short hair. She is accepting, friendly, patient and caring. My youngest doesn't like haircuts but likes Dee, so he is more agreeable now knowing she will be doing the cut. The family has a variety of hair services done here. All are performed well.”
“I usually really enjoy shopping here. This last time wasn't as good as usual. Had a few coupons so went in. No one greeted me. No one was available to get me a dressing room. I found what I needed, paid and walked out. I gave them a four because this wasn't a usual experience so I combined my usual experience with this one.”
“This store is incredible!! My daughter and I love everything that is sold here. The styles are so much fun and uplifting! Perfect for any age.I really like everyone who has ever worked there. They are always so friendly yet very professional. If something looks bad, they are great to suggest something else that might work better. I love that. It is annoying when a sales person tells you something looks great when you know full well that it does not. I noticed right away how clean the floors and store was in general. I did find more things than I thought I needed, so it was a successful trip.”

“I enjoy the items the shop offers (it completely varies on what they accept based on who is working - sometimes they will take stuff I didn't think they would be interested in and refuse new w/tag name brand items). I have to agree with some of the other reviewers about the friendliness. It varies a lot (some of the teens that work there are snooty) - if you can find out when the owner is there, she is great.”
