Willow & Birch totally gives a salon experience without the salon prices! From their friendly staff to their charming vintage decor, not to mention their complimentary snack and beverage bar and their being handicapped accessible. I saw Jasmine and was very pleased.

The amount of effort and quality the staff delivers is remarkable. Lovely high standards and impressive. Just be sure to communicate what you need and they go the extra mile to make sure it happens. Additionally it was very fast and easy to donate my hair on the spot through the salon as they will cut and handle the donation for you. It is really worth traveling to come to Willow & Birch Salon.
Hair type: I had very long straight hair that is normally difficult to cut because it is extremely thick. I request to cut about 13 inches or so of hair.
Stylist: My stylist was Reagan. She asked a lot of questions and made sure to find out many details for the style I wanted but also, she really helped define my idea by her expert opinion with personalizing a cut. She is so encouraging towards positive change. Now my hair has an attractive and unique definition, despite the fact that it normally tends to just fall flat one way. She was also able to quickly fix the stubborn part on my hair that I was attempting to change for many months and couldn't on my own. I arrived nervous since it was my first time, but I leave with a haircut like supermodel style yet low maintenance like I requested. After a wash at home and air dry, I was shocked that it looks the same as before when she styled it. She is an artist, very talented woman.

Morgan and Stevie are the main gals I see. They are both so excellent in their craft and always make me feel right at home with all of the services done. I’ve been going to Morgan religiously since 2018 and she knows exactly what I want done with my hair before I do. I’ve never left Willow unhappy. Courtney at the front desk is great too. She’s an excellent addition to your team Thank you so much girls!

I’ve been going to Willow And Birch for a while now. Everyone is great but I’ve been seeing Morgan and she always does a fantastic job. They always work with me and my schedule for work to get me in. I can’t say enough about how great the service is at this salon and how great my hair looks after Morgan get done with it!

I have gone to Willow and Birch for years. Morgan has always done my color and extensions. She is amazing at her work! She listens to my ideas and always does it perfectly! Morgan knows my hair and I never walk out unsatisfied! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I am always greeted warmly by the friendly staff the moment I walk in. I see Morgan religiously for my color and extensions. She has helped me with product options that have made my hair grow tremendously. She is very knowledgeable and her personality is unmatched.

Willow and Birch amazing! ! Hannah is the BEST! She does an incredible job on my hair and really listens to what I want. She also goes above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience. I moved out of Springfield but still come back to get my hair done at W&B. I’ve been going for over 6 years and have never been disappointed! The service is unmatched from start to finish.

I loved my first experience at Willow and Birch! I’ve never done anything really to my hair and I wanted to try something different. Jasmine killed it. It’s look natural but you can totally still see the color!! The whole experience was amazing! The service is top notch!!
