The professionals from Weed Man Lawn Care have been great. They explained the procedures they're undertaking to bring back my lawn, and were always prompt and courteous. My lawn had two applications of weed killer, in addition. fertilization, aeration and overseeding. I took advantage of a 50% off of aeration, and they also told me that if stubborn weeds remain, they'll come back and spray again at no charge.

The guys that come out are great. But so far haven’t been too pleased with the product. Weeds just barely wilt. But we haven’t had them a whole year yet.

Weed man provides excellent lawn services. I am regularly told how well our lawn looks.
I have noticed that my neighbors were previously using other lawn services until they noticed the results in our lawn.
Customer service is always ready to respond to questions or concerns.
Very friendly and professional.

The guys that come out are doing a fantastic job. They are really friendly and good at what they do! I had a very damaged lawn and they turned it into the best lawn in my neighborhood! I highly recommend them!

When I was using over the counter fertilizer and weed control, I noticed the weeds wilting and dieing. When I had my yard sprayed by weed man for weed control during dandelion season they didn't even wilt. I also had issues with them calling me almost weekly for upsales for other work to be performed. The way the customer service guy spoke to me after i turned down their spray for mosquitos was rude as can be. Then the following week a lady called me saying it's been a bad bug year and I need to spray for grubs? she was telling me I had to do it and made it sound like it was free. I asked if this was included in my package and she said no it's an additional $185 charge. I said no not interested, she then proceeded to be rude and I told her I wanted to just cancel all services. She said why and I said she was rude and I'm tired of you guys calling me all the time trying to up sale me stuff every week. I then called customer service back and told a lady what happened and I guess she didn't care either. I Wasn't happy with the product or the customer service. I'm going back to doing it my self, atleast you can see some results in your lawn and not have to worry about people spamming you with phone calls. Verry rude customer service. I don't quite understand why you would call someone and act like that, especially if your a paying customer?
