Went to Walmart for an oil change and tire rotation and they got me in quick this was at the one in the west. Went to 6th Street first and they were backed up 3 hours. I'm giving the mechanic that work on my car at the five stars

2 team members working check out on a Saturday morning. Team members look pretty unhappy to be working. Definitely needs an overhaul.

Went on Thursday night and had probably the worst employee you can have in a Walmart as a cashier. She didn't say anything and then forgot to give us all the bags. We did say hi at the beginning and she said nothing. She did the same thing with the guy in front of us too!
Realized we didn't get all our bags at the hotel and came back Friday Morning. The women at the customer service was amazing and helpful. She found our products that we were not given by the cashier and it was all good to go. Everyone else at the store were helpful and friendly.

A very good place to do online and onsite shopping. It's safe, clean, well organized, and functional. Employees are competent and courteous. This store is highly recommended.

Auto center. Small skinny guy yelling at me about parking by the bay door to unload tires in returning. I didn't even ask him to help me unload. Absolutely rude and condescending. Was going to simply return and buy proper size but after that treatment, just give me back my 1000 bucks and I will go elsewhere...which is exactly what I did. As a Walmart+ member, this is the special treatment you receive?

Does anyone even work there anymore? Or are you allergic to answering the phones? Seems like it because your clearly open. I’ve been trying to get ahold of literally anyone for over an hour to see if you have what I need before I drive over there and waste the gas lol. Your phone operator doesn’t even answer the phone ?..
