They hardly ever have my prescriptions available at this pharmacy. Usually must drive miles out of my way to get them. Very unsatisfied with their service. Changing to CVS.

Let's face it: Since the pandemic, all customer service at chains of all types is non-existent. We get it. Nobody wants to work. But the problem with this Walgreens is as others say: The pharmacy staff is rude and combative. They mess up, blame others, and never apologize for their mistakes -- and they make far too many of them. Again, I understand that the employees are unhappy. But that is no excuse.

The pharmacy staff is rude and combative. I will never go to Walgreens for my prescriptions again, you friendlier faster service from Walmart, which in my honest opinion is sad.

Two experiences in less than a week when the pharmacy staff just failed. 35 minutes to locate a filled prescription on one day. And the disrespectful and unprofessional attitude displayed by Hannah (pharmacy tech?) On the next. And then, im told by the retail staff not to bother talking to the pharmacy manager because "she's even worse". What kind of circus are you running walgreens?Only shining star here... A clerk in the pharmacy named Alice. At least she was friendly and smiled. Hannah should pay attention to what Alice is doing, because Alice does it better.

Will never patronize a Walgreens ever in the USA . Can’t scan anything off anyones phone ?!! I’m sorry it’s 2022 and cash app offers that Walgreens is a participant in offering a way to add paper money to your cash app . Very bad business Walgreens !!!
