Worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever used. Do yourself a favor and use a different Walgreens.

These guys have really gotten worse in the past few months. Not unusual to have your prescription out of stock. When that happens, you get a message that says if you need your prescription today, call the pharmacy. I did that only one time and was told to call around to different pharmacies to find one that had it in stock and then call them back to transfer the prescription. What’s the use of using a network of pharmacies like Walgreens if they don’t have the ability to tell me who in their network has it in stock? I’m currently waiting on a prescription I requested to have delivered to me 1-2 business days. Its status has been “Ready for FedEx” for two days now. Don’t they have FedEx pick up at least once a day, if not more?

I've been sitting in line for the pharmacy for over 30 minutes and a single car in line in front of me has been helped. It's at the point where people are blocking parking spaces the line is so far backed up. I don't understand how it takes this long to help people just pick up a prescription. If this was a one time thing, whatever. But this is a consistent problem.

So many issues, so little space. We have nothing but problems with getting RX refilled. Ordered a refill and received a text that it was ready. Used the drive through the next day only to be told I needed to come in to get it. I parked, went inside and was told the pharmacist needed to sign off before I could pick it up but she was busy giving vaccines that I needed to wait. I walked out after she gave the vaccine to only go and call another person for their vaccine. It was Walgreens who contacted me that it was ready! This fall my MD faxed my 12 month refill in, I called to make sure they received it since I had issues last year with a 12 month refill, I was told they had it. When it was time to get my next refill I was informed they needed my MD to send a new RX? When I showed up to see what was wrong, they told me my MD just approved 90 days and not to worry, it will be filled. I questioned why he had to be contacted when they told me weeks before they had my 12 month refill on file. They looked and never saw it, I'm not sure why I was told they had it. Not sure why they get faxes for 90 days with no issues but can't seem to get a RX that's good for 12 months, this has happened twice now. I ended up getting a new RX copy from my MD, made myself a copy and turned in the original. Had an appt for by Covid booster, showed up and had to wait. I was 5th in-line to be waited on, completed more paperwork even though I completed it already online. I turned in my clip board and waited and waited. I finally asked how much longer I'd have to wait, it had been almost 45 min, they set my paperwork aside and forgot about it. Then let's talk about the long lines for the drive through, cars in-line end up blocking cars that are parked so you have to wait to leave or to get to a parking spot that's not being blocked. I've also come in for a new sales item on Sunday only to find it's not even on the shelf yet or marked with a sales tag. I'm done with this location, I'm shopping elsewhere.

I'm not sure why it is so difficult to fill prescriptions... I constantly have to speak to a person or come into the store to refill prescriptions as the automated system is never able to fill them. If I set it on auto refill sometimes they refill in time and sometimes not and I go days without a prescription.

I went to the pharmacy drive through to buy rubbing alcohol. Maybe it's because I'm old, or maybe it's because I'm fat, but I was denied service and told that I should come into the store instead. It didn't matter that I told her I had just tested positive for Covid-19, and it didn't matter that the sale of this item is literally on a sign on the window, she said she couldn't walk onto the floor and I should just come inside instead. No, I did not go into the store and expose other people to this deadly disease, for her convenience. I wouldn't have been able to walk to the register with my shortness of breath anyway. I'm rather offended that I was told to put other people in danger, seemingly out of either discrimination or laziness, or both.

The pharmacy service at this location sucks to high hell!!! I drove up to the drive through window to pick up a prescription before traveling out of town. There were three cars ahead of me, so my wait time was quite lengthy. The first car drove off within a couple of minutes literally. It was a sunny day out so it was easy to observe the presence of persons in the cars ahead. Three blonde heads in the driver seats of those cars. One long haired, one short and one Was an older male. I could see their hands and arms as they reached for their bags at the window...all white (Caucasian) people. As I counted them off and watched the clock, and the cars roll up behind me. 43 minutes roll pass and I was still waiting but next. Now it should be said that I put in for my script the night before online and this was mid day... between 1-2pm. I get to the window and there is young black male at the window. I give him my name. He says, ma'am we don't have that script. I explained the script was submitted online. He speaks with a white male first. They can't figure it. They call to a young white woman. She tinkers around, looks out the window at me, walks away and then talks to the young man from out of view and tells him to send me to drive around, the wait will be 45 minutes. I explained my wait has already been over 45 minutes and that was the whole point of submitting the script online. He tells her and she says she doesn't care she's not filling the order, and that I need to get out of line. I ask for a manger. Apparently she is the manager on duty and she refuses to come to the window. So...I sat there in my car for several minutes looking at this boy who looks like a deer in headlights. The manager never comes over. They don't fill the script but I don't drive around because I sat in line for an extended period waiting for two cars to get their scripts...those drivers weren't asked to pull around and wait. I don't even want to put words to why things were different for me. But clearly, They weren't ready for any of us but I was the only one they asked to get out of line and come back around and wait some more. I pulled out slowly, and begrudgingly debating if I should go in. As I watched the next car come to a stop and wait. I knew it was time for me to drive away. I didn't get that script. I never got that script. I'd rather deal with the discomfort of my ailment than to be treated that way. I'll die with dignity before I live second class. I felt like I'd stepped back into the 50's. My outrage was unmeasured this day and I have not returned to this location. I imagine this was their objective. But money is green, it'll spend everywhere...I just won't spend mine there. I actually considered moving all of my scripts from Walgreens, but I've been a faithful customer for many many years and I know the Corp offers better at other locations. I had to cool off to write this because every time I recalled this incident I was brought to tears. The message of how unimportant I was to the staff at this location was an overwhelming offense. Too bad it's the closest store to our new home but I won't be returning. However, I will make note of pharmacies between me and the next Walgreens. I may not be given to just keep driving to get to Walgreens anymore.

This Walgreens has the worst drive-thru. I've been going here for years because it's close to my house, but I cringe every time I get there and see even one car in line ahead of me. It's very common for a car to sit at the window for 10 minutes or more. It happened to me again tonight, and I'm sure the car was there for more than the 10 minutes I waited because there were already 2 cars in back of it. I'd like to say this is an anomaly, but it happened to me last month and seems to happen often. My daughter was a pharmacy tech at different Walgreens during high school and college and they were never allowed to let one customer monopolize the drive-they window. Not sure what the deal is at this store, but it's maddening. BTW, after waiting 10 minutes for just one car, I got out of line and drove home.

I came in to get my prescription filled around 8:00 a.m. And was told to wait for an hour. After an hour I came back and they told me that the cost would be around $250. For some reason they had no record of my medical insurance I gave them my medical insurance and they told me I had to get a specific brand and a come back in an hour. I came back in an hour and they had forgotten about my order. They fhen told me to wait another hour before that would be done. After this I came back and they did not know if they had the medication that I need to get so I would have to wait another 20 minutes. I'm currently waiting my car in the parking lot wondering if I should just get my prescription back and go to another pharmacy. Also it's currently 1:45 pm I've wasted half my day on this.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I've ever had to call this Pharmacy, NOBODY answers!! EVER!! Just about 5min ago I finally hung up after being on hold for more than 45min. Never did I speak to a single live human being. Instead it is always some generic voice telling me I am the next caller and someone will be with me shortly. THIS REVIEW IS DIRECTED TO THE PEOPLE WITHIN THE WALGREEENS CORPORATION, if you're listening, PLEASE DISCONTINUE TO HAVE A PHONE SERVICE!!! I'm about to go stand in line at this very pharmacy and make my 3rd call for today toSomething tells me your employees choose to ignore phone calls. Again, please discontinue your phone service with whoever your provider is...you're wasting money...you're actually wasting more money on your garbage employees who blatantly choose not to answer pharmacy calls. My over all rating of this place if the word "garbage" was a number is....GARBAGE ;) -update- As I stood in line and made my phone call to see if they answer the phone...myself and all the employees could hear the phone ringing inside of the pharmacy....I showed the clerk my phone as it was ringing...and said.."so you're just not going to answer that".....the look on her face was quite priceless. She started to speak and I told her to just get me my prescription... Anyways...that is EXTREMELY inconvenient for those of you who are in desperate need to speak to a real person...
