They have an amazing staff here. Pharmacist and pharmacy technicians are very helpful with everything. They take the time to answer all your questions even when they are busy. Very personable and listen to your needs. The location is hard to find if you go in person. But like I said, they have a wonderful and caring staff.

I traveled to Springfield and forget my meds. I take a lot of medication, including “specialty medication.” This Walgreens went above and beyond in helping me get what I needed. They used a combination of methods — calling the insurance company, applying prescription savings programs (GoodRx, etc.), and so on — to ensure that my out-of-pocket was as low as possible. They helped both my health and my pocketbook!

This Walgreens is the best one in town! Their main focus is your medication. That's all they do is just fill your prescription. I am on powerful pain medication and, they always make sure they have it in stock for me. My hat is off to the staff there. The pharmacy technician and the pharmacist are very kind and non-judgmental. Thank you for all you do.

Filled the wrong milligrams for my husbands anti rejection drug. He called and the girl said they would refill the right milligram free of charge. And send it in the mail to us. Never received it. Called and they had no idea what were talking about. We left on vacation and had to handle it where we were vacationing at. Also last year when we had our flu shots we had to pay up front for them. We turned the claim into our insurance co. They sent the reimbursement to Walgreens and they didn't send the check to us. In other words they got paid twice. I've always been very happy with Walgreens but as of today I'm not happy at all.
