Ili was great help!!!Because it was too cold outside I opted for drive through.She even went inside pharmacy to get me Tylenol bottle from OTC.

Not only have they given me other peoples prescriptions, they make you wait hours and hours after being told they’d have it ready in half an hour even when you’re in terrible pain. There by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with

I am so sick of Walgreens the drive up is so bad I wait sometimes 20 30 minutes in line and can't move because of cars behind me. Today I get to the window and waited 10 minutes and still no one waited on me. I had to leave for an appointment

If I could give a negative review I would....i came in 3 times to check on my prescription 2..5 hours all together and am currently still sitting here waiting on it. I understand the understaffing issue but there's absolutely no reason why i should be waiting 2.5 hours. this place is a joke.

This Walgreens is seriously terrible. It takes them multiple days to fill a prescription. They are rude and act like it's an inconvenience that you're asking them to do their jobs. They close randomly. They overcharge and then you have to argue with them to get them to charge the real price. I sent in a refill of narcolepsy medication over 24 hours ago. They still didn't have it ready. I'm currently watching two pharmacy technicians do TikTok dances while the pharmacist is showing a customer where the candy isle is. Seriously can't make this crap up. I recommend you use CVS or at the very least a different Walgreens bc this one is terrible.

I wish I could give it negative stars. The pharmacy there is incredibly slow. Got here then they lost power. They said 30 minutes til the system come back up. I was cool with that. Then afterwards waited in line for 30 min only to be told an hour til my meds were ready. Well I came back in an hour , only to be told another 15 minutes. This place blows

In keeping with other reviews here, this Walgreens pharmacy location is the worst. Incredibly sloooooooooow. I have waited 3 days, made 3 trips so far, and my prescription is still not ready. With every visit there is a new excuse for why a simple tinybottle of eyedrops for my dog is STILL not ready. A joke of a pharmacy. At this point I am certain they are just trying to make me go elsewhere. A few weeks back I accompanied a friend to pick up her prescriptions after a long wait. When she got home and opened the bags with the prescription bottles two of the prescription bags were empty, no pills in the bottles. WTH?!

In more than 10 years I have not had one good experience at this place. It's one of the only options in town because it's 24/7. They are one of the worst in town.

Pharmacy always takes a few minutes whether drive thru or in store but the staff are nice and the freezer section is good. There are way too many candy aisles but the store is clean and parking is good. Have never had an issue with any item I bought there. The checkout process at the front is always the worst part, takes longer than it should and always ends up with a line somehow. Sometimes the checkout machines dont work right, so best to check out at the pharmacy if you can.

This Walgreens has the slowest pharmacy in Springfield. Their drive thru is the worst. They take forever to get your prescription ready. The last time I was there, the shelves were mostly empty.
