You know, it’s a real shame… this location turned away my father in law for a super simple issue activating his ESIM. If it isn’t for a sale , they’re not there to help you. I think they forget that they represent the Verizon Brand. My father in law now is stuck with a phone that has no service and refused to help him get it fixed. Go to a corporate store, this place is terrible!

If you need help with your phone go to the one on freedom dr there very knowledgeable and friendly and there not trying to rip you off

This used to be a good location something happened management changed now this store is never open I have been here multiple times a day everyday for 2 weeks and nobody is ever here don't bother calling customer service for Verizon either they don't do their job either

Sat there over two hours while they tried to get a Walmart phone to work. It said Verizon all over it and finally they decided the SIM card wasn't compatible with Verizon and the SIM cards they had weren't compatible with the phone even though it said Verizon all over it and the Walmart guy assured me it was. Go to Boost down by macdonald's . Near clear lake.
