Ben is a great Campagnolo resource. Those are hide to find these days. Great customer service and product knowledge. First purchase for me was 10 years ago. It was a Campagnolo Super Record 11 speed package for my new Waterford. One year later, it was a Campagnolo Record component set for another Waterford. Ben was great with his guidance, pricing and overall service. Highly recommended.

Ben is an absolute legend. I contacted him about a set of campy wheels that I was planning to import from abroad. He immediately responded to my price match request and we agreed on a price that worked for both parties. They shipped the wheels the next day. Tubeless valves were missing in the box (not their fault), but he worked with the distributor to send me a pair. I also did not let them know I wanted Shimano freehub , so they sent me the Campy freehub (not their fault either). He resolved that issue by shipping me the Shimano one. Great wheels, great price, great service. I found them from a listing on Pinkbike, and was a little worried at first. But they shipped them the next day and I had them in 3 days. They were super quick and helpful to answer a couple questions I had as well. Would definitely buy again from Velo Mine!

Needed wheels to complete my build. I was hesitant and thought they looked sketchy online but the reviews spoke for them so I gave them a shot...TWICE! Purchased two wheelsets from them back to back and both orders were shipped within 24 hours and arrived within 2 days in better than expected condition. I have now ordered two sets of wheels from Velomine. Both times the experience was great. The last set was for build I was doing. I ran out of time and patience, and had a bike shop finish the build. The bike shop ran into a problem with the cassette fitting the hub. I called Velomine. They answered the phone immediately, and even talked to the technician at the shop. Following that conversation the problem was resolved. My suspicion is that the tech was making a mistake, and Velomine talked them through it.

I typically don't leave a Yelp review for a non local business (I'm in Tx), but these fellas have knocked it out of the park a couple of times for me. Some of the best customer service I've received in the industry. I'm very particular about my bike parts, especially wheels. I'm a pain in the a** customer because I know what I want and will not accept anything else. These guys have met my needs with amazing prices, turnaround, etc. I highly recommend them. Cheers!
