I called the customer service number 5 times to try to reach a rep and got no where. The automated options did not help. When finally getting the option to say customer service rep, it’s connects you with no one and hangs up the phone. I am absolutely furious. Do better USPS, you were zero help.

Nice friendly employees fast lines and they have better self service stations where you can send your own packages yourself. Better to do it yourself so you know your package got sent off.

Another phantom delivery. Count on there people to be utterly unreliable. Perhaps the Mexicans or Chinese can do the job the USPS pretends to.

Desk Clerks are very helpful, and the facility has extended hours.Only reason this location is getting two stars is because of the unprofessionalism, and juvenile attitude and behavior of the passport lady who identified herself as "Jill" and the postmaster who has a voicemail set up referring people to another number that is hooked up to a fax machine

This Springfield post office is really ridiculous I just left from the north annex they told me my package was at the one on cook I come to cook cook tells me that it's nowhere in the building the package is already been sent back to the original sender and back to Springfield twice now I'm glad I pay for Amazon prime to never get my order on time this place really needs a new postmaster evidently!

USPS is trash. Haven’t been recieving mail. Customer service is a joke and doesn’t care. Very rude to me when asking about mail. Mailman took it upon himself to not deliver my items because my name wasn’t on mailbox. Never heard such a thing. Illinois and USPS need to do better! Still trying to get my mail from days ago and also a letter from back in August. SMH

We havent gotten any mail in a week! Carrier doesn't come for scheduled pick ups and marks things delivered to me when they aren't. Heaven forbid he have to leave his vehicle for anything.

The Employees were incredibly friendly pn a saturday morning, and all three helped me in some form or another in the process of shipping a device to another state. It was a spectacular experience and it reminded me a lot of how helpful the USPS has been over the years. Definitely recommend if you're looking for in oerson service.

The front desk staff is pleasant but the passport person is apparently flakey. Had to reschedule our first appointment only to get there on the new day and she just never bothered to show up or call in and no one even knew if she was going to show or not. We waited 35 minutes, 25 of which was past our scheduled time. Do yourself a favor and go down to the circuit clerk's for passport services because the lady there is helpful and nice and actually there on time.

Takes them 3 days... holding my breath they don't keep adding more days... but so far 3 days to get to me 35 miles away.....
