These people are lazy. They Never deliver packages or mail on the day they are supposed to not for several days later! Never answer the phones and alway close the Annex office early!

Terrible experience. Had to buy a tape for four dollars that is only used one time for packaging. Then I ended up not having enough money for delivery. I have to come back next time to ship it though I don’t have a car! This is ridiculous. Post office there’s nothing convenient for anyone’s need except the handicapped door that opens for you and pen with string attached to the counter.. The lady that work there is definitely not helpful. Do better!

“We were unable to attempt delivery of your item due to interference by an animal. I do not own any animals! This is as bad as a City Water Light & Power employee telling me the reason for a recent electrical outage was due to a squirrel chewing through the power line. You cannot make this kind of s**t up. It’s no wonder 100 people leave the state everyday to move elsewhere.

My mistake to go there during lunch, but I work downtown and it is so convenient. When I got there, a sign was on the door "Closed 12-1" So I go back at 1:20 and there are already about 8-10 people in the line and it is not moving. I get it..the clerks gets paid whether they are fast or slow, but COME ON!! Call for help! Poor scheduling or management. I had to leave to get back to work....Aggravating!!!!

Location is always closed randomly 1 hour in the middle of the day.

Good customer service, however, DO NOT GO HERE to ship something DURING THEIR LUNCH TIME, which if I remember correctly is 12:30-1:30pm. Their retail window is closed during this time.

The staffs were not very helpful at all. ??? i was requesting for a return envelope with tracking number and was informed that they cannot give me a tracking number.Went to another usps and everything was done in less than 5 mins.

Blows wabash post office away! I drive downtown to mail everything now. Even though wabash location is a half mile away, it's the longest wait! Sometimes 30-45 minutes. The line is always long and the one or two cashiers are slow. The downtown location is awesome. They are so polite and speedy.
