“Originally worked with Erick on Saturday. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Gave great insight into the BMW I was looking at without making me feel pressured into it. We later went on a test drive and i absolutely fell in love with the car! He showed me my options and got me approved.
The following Monday I worked with James on the paperwork side of things. He let me know there was a lot of paperwork that we could e-sign nowadays and would help ease the process. I had a few questions which prompted a quick answer via phone call. All in all, I showed up to CarMax and there were maybe 2 signatures left to sign.
